He forced me to wear a mask.
I obliged, of course I did,
For, he gave me no choice.
Uncomfortable, I removed it.
Phat! He slapped me,
Scared, I put it back on.
Unbearable, I tried again.
Phat! He slapped me,
Frightened, I put it back on.
I hated the mask more and more,
Yet, wore it making my heart a stone.
I removed the mask more and more,
But, that was only when I was alone.
And one day, I told myself,
"Freedom, that's what you love."
On that day, I told him,
"Society, You and I are done."
Now, he goes around slandering me.
I don't care, I honestly don't,
Because, this freedom is worth dying for!
