She's an alphabet artist
she paints in words,

from a palette of adjectives,
nouns and verbs,

the landscape she finds
in the folds of her mind

she exhibits in volumes of verse.

Every night, for all my life,
I have prayed the same prayer:

           "God is great,
              God is good,
               let us thank Him
                for our food.
"

A prayer so short
and childish,
but powerful
and beautiful.

Several people have asked me why
I still pray that very same prayer:

            "God is great,
              God is good,
               let us thank Him
                for our food.
"

A prayer so short
and childish,
but powerful
and beautiful.

The answer is, I can't give an answer,
I just know that:

            "God is great,
              God is good,
               let us thank Him
                for our food.
"

Amen.

Dig in.
An exceptionally weird poem I have been attempting to get off my chest for quite some time now. Have fun.

I laid on a dune, I looked at the sky.
And saw the clouds passing by.

The Moon was peeping through the clouds.
To me it seemed so fake; like a plastic in a vase !

But if I had a mind,
I could write about Pluto, Jupiter and Mars.

I could folio on a rainbow from Venus,
and have breakfast with stars.

Or I could spin the galaxies,
And play pinball with them.

But, I felt so helpless and small;
'Immense', that is what I could say in all !

This people made a way trough my mind,
To whom this heart cannot deny to bind;

They dry the tears that fall from my eyes.
They bring me sunshine to brighten my skies;

They rescue me from my loneliness,
And make me walk the trails of holiness;

They are the home where I'm, the field where I play.
I hope the rapid smiles alway stay!

I run through life without care,
My world, they repair;

They added the positive element to my life,
While the world was showing knifes;

Best friends stick together till the end,
They are like a straight line that will not bend.

They can be your hero and save the day,
They will never leave your side they are here to stay.

They help you up when you fall,
Your true friends are best of all.

They are my boon companion,
Without them I move at random

I miss you,
A little too often,
A little too more,
A little too sharp,
A little too silent,
A little too high,
Everyday
I miss you
