The light fixture
let out light, as
the windows let
in sunlight.
The watcher played me,
qualified luminosities.
Until the bedroom felt
fully indivisible
by its walls.
Our three lights dawned
on one another.
Then there was Light,
for no apparent reason.
Occurring to no bedroom
at all...light thrice
perceived till overall.
I sit,
Legs drawn to my chest, elbows on m knees,
Left hand clasping my right wrist.
I sit
In my backyard
Facing the forest, back to the house.
It's midnight,
Yet the moon illuminates all
In shades of darkness.
The sky filled with points of light
Their varying luminosities giving the illusion of infinity.

My near sighted eyes see all of this.
My eyes that are "blind"
My eyes that cant function (society says) without aid.

Through the blur I see the forest.
Through the blur the tall outstanding trees with leaves and branches only at the crown transform into palm trees.
Through the blur the shorter trees become one mass,
a dark perceived green jungle underbrush.
Through the blur the constant sound of the crickets becomes a compilation of little roars of waves producing a smooth calm soft cry of the crashing ocean.
Through the blur the cool air around becomes a salty sea breeze.
Through the blur the wet dew of the grass turns into the reachings of the surf that wets your feet as you walk along the shore.

Because of the blur I am now on the beach of some island.
a word from thy mouth
is the spectral arrow
from nimble bow.

risen are the caryatids,
unsheathed are the swords,
molested are the gladiola
by the night's harsh *****;

the proscenium dislimns
as the iron curtain sea drowns
their blasphemous orations!
the thespians alerted
by a wordless hunt

   as i rise like the dew
  lambasting the autumnal grass
   bedecked by glistening wheals
    of ripe luminosities;

  this damp hour, the mercurial
     assault of declarations,
  fastens every word underneath
    tongues of river-deep stone.
Shofar  Ashera

On beams of whiteness, snow capped
Forms, vague translucent forms,
A sacrificed vision....

Forms of a prophetic body, virginal
Bright innocence in the fire of Saints,
Wandering the silences drenched
In illusion of slow agonizing temptation,

Incandescent harmonies like fallen angels,
The color of blood moons and patron gods,
Suspension of memories in the hesitant
Afterglows of the soothing sight, silent....

Crying the psalms of ecstatic angels
In sensual malices  fertilizing the innocence
In a subtle cascade of last moments,
The light just over the darkness, dawn's mystery

Infinite forms, ethereality of sobbing sounds,
The ideal form of death and birth,
The dream is an exalted stanza,
Sterilization of the mind, exotic forms....

Requiem of the private sufferings,
Form of the lonely charade,
Magnifying the essential need of the other,
Form of chastity for the *****...

The the golden pollen fall upon the dance,
The dancing form of a black swan,
Luminosities under the lunar glistening,
Deeply, subtlety....

Primal forms, animalistic in the body
When the aura is sensually appealing
Gilded upon her ******* and curvature
Like rolling hills under a storm,

Forms like crystalline glory under
Said light with a court of stars,
Vibration of light currents flawed by
Peculiar prints of the flesh

Forms of courage, gusts of love,

The wakefulness of Light
is utter, greater and greater
luminosities...sight
parting ways with sight,
to truly see.
Beautiful impasses...seeing
through now, now, and now.
Handing sleep to a body
with less frequency...
a stain of shadows upon
something, nothing--
seeing
itself as if for the first time.

There are three or four
seconds between the
clicks of broken crankset
on the latest nights laced
with adjacent luminosities
and surreptitious glances
and back of hand touch.

Late lake lit low on warm
weekend afternoons with
goosebump breeze and
words on platforms and
palms that touch hips
and waists and fingers
traversing the length
of narrowing distance.

Notice the breathing and
furrowed brows, a focus
on sandcastles and houses
made of cards, the biggest
problems are no more easily
solved by forgetting arched
backs, sharp breaths, toes
tingling, contented collapse.

Some sunshine mornings
yield just the right few
moments when arms and
legs entangle and you
bring your lips to mine.
deep within
  this walled, scrunched heart
  a flower (a fool)
  whose mouth is open waiting for   the rain of words - we all are.
stretching in the dark as want outwrestles need in a melee
  of hands, of populace bumping
  into each other in an enclosed
  cage like two birds wary of each other's movements,

the threat of its gate, opening, freeing one, the other, staying,
  is the lilt of a song and the wilt of its sound dwindling as the urgent questions gnaw the bone of
silence trying to wring out light in the dark's tumultuous passing
  waters turning luminosities
  into liquid under my feet.

and now, the brew of unspoken
   petrichor stirs in the ground
and the clouds gossamer than ever,
i close my parasol with my head
    into the sky, waiting endlessly
for rain to quench the ivies of
   love's battlements!
