Tibbets.
Shadows fell at eight fifteen.
Shadow of a 'little boy'
As if a camera exploded.
Flash it went.

Pagoda tall standing, once upon a time.
A desecrated ground, unholy.
No fiery fairy tale in this place.
Death's location
Eerily sensations surround.
Destructive force hit home.

No eagles fly.
In this eerie place.
A silent world sleeps.
As mother weeps.
Not by choice.

Living screams a revelation.
A human created Armageddon.
Piles of smoke seen at the scene of evil.
Mega-mushroom killed the skies.
Most of humankind in this land felt its force.
Death as it cruised it's certain course

Zombies walk.
One or few.
The activity of war.
Now won.
Revenge bit back.
Severely.

Buried deep in the victim's skin.
And still the fever grew.
Under skin of souls.
Almost peeled.
Severe pain as landscape diffused into the land.
Creature of the bomb demonic.
Silhouetted dead men.
Painted standing structures.

Such sickness in a place laced with fractured glass.
Ultimate act of war.
Bring on power of peace.

At 0815 on August 6th 1945 the Americans dropped the bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki!
Hibakusha means "affected people" (Reference Wilkepedia..6/12/2013).
Syafie R Jan 16
That day, my tears surrendered—

no flood, no fight, just silence.
It stopped feeling,

as if watching Nagasaki fall,

a mushroom cloud rising,

bodies frozen,
shadows left behind,

no scream, no running—

just acceptance.
You built a void within me,

 an implosion of despair,

and sealed it shut.

Rain of destruction
Rain of unending cries and pain
Rain of flesh and blood
Radio active clouds demonstrating explosive
power of race

Destructive missiles
gave cruel burns
Never cured

Every body cried for
Hiroshima and Nagasaki
atomic chain reactions
for pools of corpses made

"Is it really true"
"Unbelievable"
