Hopelessness and heartless evil.
That bar the road to being whole again.

Took me well over an hour shifting words 2 spaces this way and 4 spaces that way.  The way you post it is not the way it shows up when you save it.  That's so frustrating.  One of the reasons I never try this format for HP stuff.

In the 1980s this was a very real thing for me. I was engaged to a VP of a film company who dealt in foreign distribution he was the money man. The one who got the budget for a movie.as I got to know him I realize that I was just his little trophy we have been together a little over a year. I think he was impressed with the fact that I saw him as a man not a star or something more. I was never one of those fans who went after the stars..
Although I learned a lot about writing screenplays, reading Scripps and the business
All of the lavish parties
All that glitters is not gold.
I remember a young Tom Hanks The movie bachelor party He was an unknown then.
always a party at the end of the day, basically when you watch the dailies
of what was shot that day.
I knew what everybody’s salary on that  film.
. It was part of the budget . Its star gets paid based on their rating. For example, if you’re a blockbuster, you have an A rating .
This was a low budget movie.
This guy came up and said
if I sleep with him, he’ll make me a star
I laughed. He was barely more than an extra.
I said you be nice to me I might be your
boss one day. Then I walked away.
That’s when I realized I was not going to be anybody’s arm candy.
I gave;back his ring and kissed him. Goodbye. I met him years later he still wanted to continue a relationship I had moved on, but we were friends.
The road to the middle is full of good intention

In the land of down-under,
Where kangaroos and koalas lie,
Came Charles and Camilla, regal and grand,
To the heart of Australia’s vibrant land.

With smiles and waves, they toured the towns,
In royal attire, no need for crowns.
From Sydney’s shores to Melbourne’s streets,
They met with Aussies, shared warm greets.

But amidst the cheers, a voice arose,
A senator’s cry, a moment froze.
“Not our King,” she boldly declared,
In Canberra’s halls, her message aired.

Yet through it all, they carried on,
With grace and poise, from dusk till dawn.
They danced with joy, they laughed with glee,
In the spirit of true camaraderie.

For in this visit, a bond was formed,
Between the crown and a land transformed.
A journey marked by moments bright,
In Australia’s warm and welcoming light.

As the crow flies, my farm is less than two
miles from the Willamette River that flows
deep and brown through the fertile valley
of the same name, in Northwest Oregon.
From my porch upon a hill, I have views
out over that valley looking east and north
and as fall comes around, early morning
light and dampness transfers hints of rich
river scents, this added moisture paired
with the absents of wind pervades and
manifests an enveloping shroud of silence,
with low moving banks of slow white
ghostly ground fog that renders striking
visual contrasts to the landscape, with its
stands of emerald evergreen trees, and
autumn dressed orange and yellow leaved
varieties of deciduous ones, along with
sculpted brown newly plowed fields.
Another of Nature's own fleeting ever
changing painted canvases that never
disappoints.

One must rise early at first light on these
chilly morning to witness this seasonal
panoramic scene, but it is always worth
the effort. And what the heck, I'm retired,
I can snap some photos and always crawl
back into my nice warm bed to sleep, or
merely cogitate on what I've been witness to.
Ground fog is a ghostly phenomenon,
slowly moving on cat's paws enveloping
the landscape, giving a whole new
perspective on otherwise familiar views.

No one told me I was crying.
Here is what I thought:
It can’t get lonelier
