Through lane it lay—through bramble—
Through clearing and through wood—
Banditti often passed us
Upon the lonely road.

The wolf came peering curious—
The owl looked puzzled down—
The serpent’s satin figure
Glid stealthily along—

The tempests touched our garments—
The lightning’s poinards gleamed—
Fierce from the Crag above us
The hungry Vulture screamed—

The satyr’s fingers beckoned—
The valley murmured “Come”—
These were the mates—
This was the road
Those children fluttered home.

I
TOLD
YOU.

AND I AM
TELLING
YOU
AGAIN.

I AM GOING TO HOLD YOUR HEAD UP,
WHILE I HOLD YOUR HAND.

Entering my own daydream
Where birds fly with the wind
  When I can be free
And where time has no end

  Sitting with myself with wonder
About the cruel, dull world out there
  Wishing someone will bring thunder
To the quiet planet, the most rare

Hello, is there anyone like me?
Who sees the world now
And how the world should be?
If only the one's I want, knew how

Lost in thought it may seem
But for now, my reality is not a daydream

OriginalPoem De Moi
The sickeningly sweet voice of oblivion calls me, promising beautiful things.
How I yearn to fall, drifting forever in between dreams
to be able to shed the weight on my shoulders and replace it with swirling darkness.
Oblivion beckons me further and further into the blissful silence.
I know if I follow to the end of this tunnel
I will never return but the thought makes me smile.
The pain and regret washes away as
I fall into complete darkness.
Oh how sweet oblivion tastes.
Last hill at sundown
Old man picks mountain lilies
Lone pine in distance

Last night I dreamt
I was a butterfly
light,  so light
as I glided like a feather on high--

all around was an endless expanse
of flowers of all colours---I
could hear them say---' You are not dreaming'
( I woke up ---still desiring I could fly).

I've listened to every voicemail you left me over 100 times each
I've written them all down on individual pages
Word for word
Because some how I think that will keep you around for a little bit longer
and I don't know why I keep puncturing my ear drums
With the sound of your voice on constant replay
But honestly I'd rather go deaf
So maybe I'll be forced to let go of what's already gone
