stream of blades
like fish migrating
rushing dashing daggers
right through the trees
not striking a single one-
moving like rivers flowing
and rushing.
wary the crashing waves !
the innocence of this typhoon's cut !
but like fish, they join huddling in school.
the large mass of gentle dance slows,
and some dirks drift the way of its
wind; separating- but still apart of its beauty.
Tyler May 2022
consumed by contrition,
responsibility becomes
more a matter of the mind.
Tyler Nov 2021
deep within
a discordant tone
stirs my mind
vibrates the glass
of my body
but never shatters;
this essense,
a storm in the bottle.

i don't want to know
what happens when it breaks
but i need to know, and
ive known that to be: life is long
Tyler Apr 2022
we try so hard to not be the parts of us we wish weren't us.

little do we know we can become who we want with what we have.
Tyler May 2024
I was awoken
by your hands
coldly enfolding
my warm fingers

I was good for that
moment, take on
me slowly in the
background

I wasn't sad it left,
I was happier
it was there
even for
but a moment,
a love
remembrance,
a faded memory
Tyler Apr 2023
the love flows like water today,
can you feel it ?
i'm leaking into the wind.
the car windows are down.
it's flowing new;
cusping of old.

a motorbike turbo.
an anthem of courage.
resonant dynamos.
canted sliding streets.
Tyler Jan 2024
the people that cross paths
with me change,
for better or for worse-
I don't know.
I have an effect on people-
that's true.
it's hard to tell what
kind,
where exactly they diverge
alike to my path.
but I find myself in
each person that
cross that threshold,
but as they change,
I change too.
I change into something
I remember
from before;
something familiar,
but distant.
Tyler Oct 2021
this is a night,
and its longing to be embraced.
by, and which,
the night's heart is so gone,
it cares little the hell who.

so some shade, comforted.
and it wrapped itself tight
Tyler Apr 2022
i don't want love from another these days
i just want to play the piano
for whomever wants to hear
reeling in its sound
hugging my heart so tender.

it's noting the beat of my heart
proving
you can't fail sound
and it can't fail you.
Tyler Mar 2023
you are not under
my wing;
    you are the wing.
                The wing in which
I fly!
                                     you are
                         my
                          beautiful
                                    sky.
no, my words
don't lie,

                     to see you again,
                                 I'd be happy enough
                                       to die.

Do you like them?

My little poetries..
My little penmanships..

Do you like how they sing?
How they dance, how they string?
How each has a bit of a different thing?

My little difference..
My little miseries..

May they save you from your sorrow?
Steal you from the dark?

My little riddles..
My little questions..

May I save you from the depth?
Would you relax in the shallow?

I miss you poetry..
(It seems I'll never have it good again..)(Ya right)
I'm just tired of waiting
for my next gold..
the genuine work
of my heart..
(I swear)

Am I a fool ?
Did I lose the point ?
Would it matter ?
I kissed you just to kiss you.

a model of hatred is better kept
outside your home.
little known
it is like a cancer
that can even spread
from those closest
when under false characters.
love and forgiveness.
are the answers best for
most questions.
drive and influence
are the best question raisers,
the questions everyone should answer
in their own silence.

dreams are torturous
the way they will give you every thing
you could possibly desire
to then wake up cold
Tyler May 2023
dream catchers,
  dream makers,
    and children of the nation,
enable me to create more - please.
there are fireflies in July, wet grass by May,
where the monkeys sway in the sky.
Samson and Ezekiel,
    Mary is a daughter,
Moses has his pain.
  Give thanks,
     to everyone and everything;
   especially everywhere.
         Love your neighbors,
   respect their wills, and
respect their testimonies.
I'll love you forever,
   even after I will die.
For dreams- they never stray;
   they won't ever go away,
but they change,
they change in the light of day.

Slight left or slight right

I've made mistakes
I could only name a few
Bang it out on my drum-drum
I could only name the hue

You were my everything
Until it all fell apart
Bang it out on my tummy-drum
She was as good a person as you

I'm sorry for hurting
I'm one of those guys who just blew
Bang it out on my head-drum
I just wanted to follow him too
Tyler Mar 2022
If my mind is cursed,
tell me why I still feel blessed by your precenses'.
Voices unheard but still there all the same - phantoms of feeling that leave my intuition partitioned.
I am not I, I am the culmination of bodies and minds guiding me through wastelands of unknown; yet still marching with the hat of a leader.

check your responsibility
when i look into your eyes.
who do you sense?
what do you do?
not
my

my eyes see gold
past obsidian kinks.

he said she said
they and we all say
what we think
we could ever
possibly know.

it's just safety,
marked up as some truth.
too much safety
breeds a whole lot of danger.
too much knowledge,
tends towards a lot of ignorance.

he sounded like
the piano tinkling
little raindrops
through the falling
leaves- but all
he could hear was her.
So he played on til
the trees were barren
and his fingers fused
with ivory.
Tyler Mar 2023
the sun's phoenix
scorched across the morning sky.
the watchers were at play,
and there were the background fading ,the boundary
of the red burning blue sky.
asteroids like hell fire
rained easing stones
to cease Earth's mighty
pains.

We must renew; this resurrection.
An apocolyptic sufferage
we have in envision
praying to God we are
the false prophets whence we led astray from eternity.

For there she lay in deathly slumber,
wondering what could have been
and what she ought to do !
The survivors were like her savior,
and eased every of mark.
And once the moon's cool light
drove the flames away she thought
she'd blossom again.
Tyler Oct 2023
the consequences for her were too steep
but they didn't have to be
they didn't have to be

on the other side there was dreaming
it was pretty
and it was sure sweet

I carried you through the rolling windy glades
in a bear-hug hold
clasped firm and hands held tight.
on the mountainous meadow pass,
where there were endless open skies,
I carried you there

but losing you was like the death of a best friend.
so the goodbye was quick,
yet luckier than most-
a kiss on the cheek.
but I turned to be awoken by a series of questionable
wake-ups

was I just dreaming ?
for the wind at the edge of the hill was like rapture,
blowing my body away piecewise;
a dust alike to evanescent starlight

I've touched so many people deeply,
Good, bad, and better or worse;
I guess I'm glad to be of service.
(someone's gotta be ugly)

I've tried my best to do it right
(they like to remember my wrong)
and if not, try again.
(I love to try again)

Something about love
has always pulled me this or that way,
I'm sure alone.
(Better off for right now)

Better off ******.
Better off my friends
learn infamous lessons.
(I love to root for them from afar)

Lovers, leavers, leaders.
Poets, know-its, scholars.
Glad to be of service.
(A disappearing magic act)

I hope it was something healthy.
(maybe that made them wealthy)
stealthy-like: a secret link.
tell-me-like: a like-that (a free shrink).

I'll see you unconditionally
(As if I couldn't)
I wouldn't care if you were evil,
(who isn't just a little)
just be good where you can.
learn from every little moment.

when you're in the room
i cant help but breath ***.

hot air and hot skin,
you heat me up.

there's a tingle that is hidden
in my spine that awaits your
touch, a wave of ease that
you drain over my body.

you are my shower,
my ecstasy,
you are enlightening.

my cleanse, my baptism,
you are a holy touch.

there i should
see you
in the end to the beginning,
holding hands,
id see you in
your purest grace,
exorcised of every demon
and in the picture of every angel.
❤️

I just know that you'd be an excellent lover
between the sheets, you'd be alike to no other
my heart it soars, my heart it flutters
a burn from your fever, this love
I would gladly suffer

All of this was meant to be seen.
By someone.
By me.
Guided by the lantern amid
the furnace of my heart.
To lead a new future,
to a world that smiles as I pass by; knowing I can hold the weight of their entire being: Oh, to craddle one's sins.
After, before, they knew it to be hurt.

Hurt.
Is nothing to an indomnitable will
wading in primordial waters.
Spitting water plafully to cover you wet.
With a smile on his grimace.
Drinking the sincerity of forgiveness.
Tyler Nov 2023
I feel like I've lost some of myself.
In faded egos, one step back.
I lack.
Where I used to enjoy my skills in pride I'm now humbled by a better next.
I'm used to being human though, so I'm confident.
I fade again.
Who is this man you see ?
Does it matter to me ?
Who is this man before me ?
Through time my name is the only thing I keep,
the only thing that stays the same.
Yours fades, it goes away, but it stays, it stays just the same.
Tyler Mar 2024
what it'd be to be loved by you.
you could press my cheeks,
and press me with purpose.
what it'd be for it to be true.

i'd fall for your affection,
stay golden in your attention,
i'd be complete with
your weight upon my chest.

my heart it'd be steady,
or a rippling river ready,
and it'd be so good,
all because of you.

could you hold your
words as genuine
the day we met ?
when life fails
and shatters
and grief leafs
fall on splintered sticks ?
would you kiss me then
tenderly and sweet,
or atleast hold me
until i weep ?

i've not had an other like it,
one that'd stay after that.
i'll find peace one day
in the aftermath, and
then peace
shall be your likeness.
i'll be your forever
grace,
your forever,
lover.

Hope you get back there.

Where everyone's
voices around you
are better than they
are, they say the right
things in between the
blanks where their loving true soul shines through. a heavenly mastery in a godly forgiveness of what
that we are still left, no matter of the matter, somewhat, ignorant.
it's a blessing, as much of a curse.
I couldn't quite put my finger on it,
yet truth and belief are my key to this whole.

I didn't know how to do right by you.
As you dug the answer beneath every one of my sins, virtues, and charms.

I am now standing amidst dusty dirt,
at this quarry of knowledge, as the vessel I had been made that which had then been unmade to self-standing me.

Unlike any other so close, even after a massacre of my being, I will teach you there's love in everything you know to hate,
and to forgive all you've learned to regret.
Slowly building testiment of integrity
in deadlands that could have once housed a castle.

sometimes you don't know what you done, did, and do to me.

sometimes a life of tragedy relates in one's duplicity.

sometimes i can read your eyes as my bible, an angel doomed in his own humanity.

one time, i saw your soul and you fell me your weight, that arch of your body i wanted to hold so dearly.
it felt like i earned your love; through earnesty enough.
with all that wish of my wishes in the cup.

i hope i grow wings, when this is finally up.
