The smile so bright
I felt illuminated
Has chewed me up
Forgetten to spit me out

Trapped, held in the grooves
Of your sharpened smile
Converted cracks and crevices
Into the maps of my mind

I am scraps
Shreds with missing pieces
Caught between crimson gums
Hope your next victim
Will taste me on your tongue
Chewed up & spit out

Is it a maske?
A front or illusion?
Is it fake? Maybe a little?
Was I wrong? A trick all along?
Im not sure. Because i was blind.
But its not there now. And i can see again.
So even though it lingers still. Goodbye maske.
Soo long and fairwell.
Take it how you will.

I kept looking at the clock
Counting minutes and hours
Here, time carried me away
Relatively, to a distant place
Finding myself a stranger
Mind delving in past hour
Where time stops for none
But the clock had stopped
Seconds seemed an eternity
Abracadabra! My mind was tricked
Believing, I could manipulate time
I kept looking at the clock
