you laughed at me
the first time you saw
the bucket on a string
hanging from my neck
you asked me its function
I said it was for
when you break my heart
you said
I don't understand
simple I said
it's to catch the falling pieces
you must clean your room everyday
before you go to bed
because what do you think would happen
if you decided to wake up dead?

your mother would be in a tizzy
and your dad would be getting the brunt
your sister would be screaming
"why would he pull such a stunt?"

the funeral home would be calling
wanting to talk about the huge bill
and just a couple of questions
like did you have a living will?

they'd have to go in your bedroom
to see what they could find
rummaging through your messes
your dear mother would lose her mind

there would be a whole lot of crying
and the sense of impending doom
none of this would have happened
if you had just cleaned your room

so listen to what Maw Maw tells you
you can take it directly to the bank
so **** in that quivering bottom lip
you know I'm gonna give it a yank

I hope you learned a lesson today
on how to keep a tidy little room
if I see it ***** again
I'm gonna tan your hide with my broom
When it comes to confectionary art
I simply cannot look beyond a lemon ****
It is a pure piece of absolute delight
As soon as it touches my tongue everything just feels right
The tension in my stomach seems to cease
And my mind feels at peace
Just an explosion of incredible flavours as it spreads all over my tongue
The incredible combination of sweetness and tanginess...
....oh man...it's *******!
I love chocolates
But if i had to pick one thing i could eat before i die...
....it would have to be a lemon ****
For chocolate fulfills my heart
But a lemon **** fulfills every inch of my existence
I have a friend she's seems like royalty,
I call her a queen,
Her beauty demands to be seen
Her love is sure, and true.
Through whatever, she'll never leave you.
Her eyes, are like amber, and smooth, and deep
When she takes you as a friend, you are hers to keep.
Her prayers are heard from our Father, above.
She is true, to Him, and the one He gave her to love.
One day, I will leave this world.
The energy that pumps through me will dissipate;
The body I know will begin to rot and decay;
The thoughts and emotions I feel now,
with great urgency and severity,
gone.

The people I love will put me in the ground,
to cover the stench of my rotting corpse;
They will visit 'me' once a year with obligatory tears in their eyes.
They will auction off all of my personal belongings,
All the things I cherished and valued;
To look upon them will be 'too much'.

Slowly I will fade from their memories:
My personality;
My laugh;
My smile;
The way I held my face when I was concentrating really hard.
All the little things that make me me, forgotten;
Like I never existed at all.

In their loneliest moments, perhaps, they will remember me.
Not the real me, of course;
Just my name attached to a sort of vague concept of death,
An idea of what it is to no longer exist;
My memory will serve to give them a sense of their own mortality;
An occasionally present reminder that they too, one day, will die.

I have found it.
That certain
circular way of being
I was looking
                for it,
                     so hard
my soul in turmoil
one slight scratch
under smiling surface
and I would become
a sculpture
made of wax
                melting
at the slightest
wisp of breath
burning ,
               mercilessly
at certain words
                forming
from your mouth,
your mouth—
that has placed
itself upon me
so many times
on our mutual
faraway cliffs
that no-time-zone
meeting point
above stars,
in other universes
     and believe me.
Nobody can
live this way,
suffering for
the want
of an uncontrollable
urge to be
          so
            very loved
So I have found it.
My way back
to balance
it was in your voice
and my own
together mingling
clear lines of phone
cut through soul tingling

I now take this lotus,
planted in my being
since birth,
and hold my stance
prepare to
               perform
the sacred dance
a mandala-painted
halo around my crown
a holy stone
in each hand,
          buoying my spirit,
anxiety down
stones I will never
cast upon you
because you
are forever me
             even as I
take my heart
with two hands
and return it,
still aflame,
into
           my
                 chest
Winter has just set in
Like a beautiful tasty sin
Snow has started falling down
To cover the land with whitish crown
She is out to play in snow
Love is ready to flow and grow
Flakes of snow when touch her cheek
Beauty plays hide and seek
Pink flowers pay tribute
Then a lover comes in pursuit
At a glance eyes salute
She is innocently cute
Love is pure, beauty is white
Light just embraces light
