If loving me will **** you,
It's okay to lie.
But if all it does is hurt you,
Why don't you give it a try?

I can help you heal those wounds,
I can put my hand on your burns,
And I can hold you if you cry.

But loneliness will not hold you,
It cannot heal you
It cannot feel you.

Loneliness can not feel the pulsing
Of your the blood beneath your burn,
But it can strangle you trying to.

If loving you will **** me,
I'll gladly see it through.
