Languor
Gradual - bit by bit, slowly emerging
like daylight at dawn,
the rolling of the hills,
droplets of rain in the summer.
Languorous, slowly fading
like the sunlight at sunset,
the last seconds of a song,
you.
The oppressive stillness of the air
chokes and suffocates me
I don't know what to do,
it's a catch-22.
To let go or not. Either way, I don't know how.
