Give me strength my father
The light I will find
At the end of these endless struggles
Top of These mountains I climb
Carrying all this weight on my shoulders
Setting heavy on my heart and mind
Weighing down my soul
Getting heavier with time
Assist me as I try
Each day that pass me by
To stay set on the right path
Even when I get left behind
No matter where my troubles lie
These haters watching closely
As the snakes slither by
I move forward under your watchful eye
Please give me the strength to break
The grip that any mere human may apply
