Button up shirts.
Never had I like skirts.
Grandma asks if I want to be male.
Dad thinks he created a fail.
I'm sorry I can't please you.
I've tried with everything I do.
Guess its not enough.
I've just got to deal with a lot of stuff.
I still want to be accepted.
Never once have I been neglected.
I was bullied for who I am.
People told me I would be ******.
I could care less.
So what if everyone thinks I'm a mess.
I'm trying the best I can.
To just be who I am.
A poem about being yourself.
