Wherever we go,
it’s home when I’m with you.

And when you leave,
you’ll leave me homeless.

Stuck in the depths of my cold lonely heart.
Searching for security that only exists when you are present.
When I’m with you.
When I am home.

she persists in using other writers material
and incorporates it in her own compositions
she is sailing very close to the wind
as she doesn't request the copyright owner's permission

the day will come when she'll find herself in court
for copyright infringement
all states in America have laws regarding
this kind of impingement

just to-day she posted another work
passing it off as her own intellectual property
but there were lines and titles
which had been in hit songs of wide popularity

to date she has published on the internet
over a dozen of these compositions
and it will not be long in coming before the copyright owners
put her in the right legal position

There's that girl again
soft pink lips,
light blush on her cheeks
when their eyes met
and her heart beat
all kinds of red.

As he smiled
one stranger to another
a weird pulse in his chest
matted blood rose to his ears
but thank god
for beanies.

Her voice, her laughter,
a euphoric symphony
like roses singing in the wind
and in this metaphor
he is the glorious wind
she should let him know that.

"Should I?"
he held that letter
close to his body
contemplating to slip into
her vibrant red mailbox
he did; and ran away.

Who knew, the ends of
the red thread of destiny
were tied on their
little fingers
now they're no longer
tangled in someone else's.
Oh, you were a book that I never have read
and ask anyone I have read them all.
I studied your cover and fell in love with your spine.
Oh, let me read you
let me explore your mind.

You were an album
and I loved all your songs.
I could sing them none stop all day long
and they would never get old,
not a single one.

You were my favorite flower
and I was a selfish kid
that wanted to pick you,
and keep you all to myself instead.

But you were a song
I had stuck in my head
I sang along until night when I crashed in bed.
We fit together just listen to our harmony.
Come on over
and keep me company.
You can bring your guitar and I'll bring mine
we'll be an unstoppable duet
just you & I
