I walked toward the piano

I couldn't figure out if he meant it or just felt it in his throat
But I took a breath, thought little thoughts and

I replied
With some sort of absance of the emptiness inside

Why is it in movies
The characters are so real
So specific
But in reality people aren't even sure who or what they are
We're all in between
Living to slowly create some sort of something we can tolerate calling ourselves
