I went back to find him
So he could teach me
How to let go of my bias.
How to love everyone
And everything
And how approach is just a bright smile away from endless possibilities.
I wanted to hold his hand and ask him if we could be friend forever.
I wanted him to forgive me
Of my shortcomings and regret I held on to
And to really relish in the smallest accomplishments
First piece of the reflective exercise from my stage speech II class.

Electronic bliss
Fickled, fluttering of synths
Loop, lush, repeat
These fragments compliment my simple thoughts
My darting eyes craving to digest color and spectacle
I dance, obsess, whilst smoking my smoke as the separation between darkness and rejoice blur in an ever continuous ***** from below.
Procrastination and analysis of mental health.

Where goes thy light after death of the old you?
You have accomplished, but what did it do?
Thoughts of sabotage assure the doubts intention to *******
But defeat is only convincible if spoken

Horizons are fallacies
Infinite opportunity within shines outward with interest
The final piece written as product of the reflective exercise from my stage speech ii class. Thoughts of destiny, unknown fate, and where to go as a defining point in life nears its end.

Flash with blank trust now
Learn more consequence each day
Twitched eye, goodbye, age.
This poem was the product of a reflective exercise in my stage speech ii class. This piece was revisited after the exercise was over because it had been forgotten. We were to imagine a flash of color that went through our line of sight after having reflected on specific life events and how they formed our identity as people then combine these pieces in a four piece presentation.
