have you ever gotten to the point
where you'll do anything
just to feel

pills
blades
smoke
matches
liquor

you really don't give a ****
what happens to you

as long as it brings your body and mind
your soul and bones
to the realization
that you really are
alive
"is anybody out there, does anybody hear me, i hate it when you fake care,"
lil peep </3
We are a sickness
spreading everywhere-
Giving each other
painless coughs.
Telling each other
that's why it's off.
You possess the beauty of all the worlds' wonders
It radiates from your delicate skin
Shining in the light of your eyes
Flowing through your hair, like the river of life
Your beauty is projected in all that you do

You have the grace of all the angels in heaven
Your friendships are deep and true
Your love is pure and real
Your movements are that of an angel
Your grace is bestowed upon those in your life

You are strong like the mountains
Able to withstand the storms of life
Turning a blind eye to the coldest of life's winters
Constant renewal in your eternal spring
Green grass and wild flowers your destiny

Your wisdom is that of the divine universe
Able to see beyond the immediate
Devouring the knowledge of the past
Improving the present, bettering the future
All the while taking care of those in your life

Being in your presence fills my heart with joy
When you speak, I hear the sound of angels singing
All that you are is what I hoped to be
The greatest gift, your love to me
A lifetime I shall take, returning that love to thee
Your eyes as beautiful as the oceans blue
they never lie they are always true

when happy they gleam, like a distant star
when sad they are dull, like a faded scar

your lips quiver, and your eyes fill with tears
they show the world all your fears

you look so fragile as the tears start to show
down your flushed cheeks tiny rivers flow

its so beautiful yet at the same time bad
that anyone has a heart to make them eyes
look so sad

I will pull you close and kiss your face dry
say something funny so the tears say goodbye

Once again I make your eyes light
like that distant star that shines so bright.
Hush little child
Don't you fear
Mommy is fine
It's just a tear
I feel the guilt
I feel the sorrow
If only I had someones strength to borrow
To fight for you
To fight for me
But mainly for you
I'd take it again is I could have you forever
But his fists took you his feet took you
And he borrowed the strength of 10 men while i had the strength of 1
The odds were against me
But I fought anyways
Mommy is okay
She just misses you
Mommy dreams of you every night and wishes for you when she wakes up
Wishes you could grow up on the smell of blooming grapefruit like she did
Mommy loves you
No matter what
Mommy will fall sometimes
She will cry and she will wake up crying for you
But you don't have to worry because mommy knows your walking street of gold and buildings made of stars.
Mommy will break down some times
But don't you worry mommy is fine
Mommy will light candles for you on your birthday
Candles that smell like vanilla and coconut
Sweet smells will fill the air for you
For mommy's sweet little angel
Mommy will hold your memory close
Mommy will think abut those blue eyes and blonde hair
Mommy will remember the softness of your cheek against her lips
Mommy will hurt
But mommy hurts because she loves you
Mommy is thankful to have met you
Mommy will tell the world of your existence and she will never let your name leave her thoughts
Mommy will love you forever
and ever
Even if she didn't get forever with you
Mommy will forever love you
Cherish you
And remember you in the most beautiful ways
Mommy will dream of you
Mommy will never let you go
Because I'm your mommy
And mommy loves you

viola
loving you is chasing a rainbow
forever searching for
the *** of gold
that does not
exist.
Two  new ladies walked into the project kitchen for morning tea, one was lithe, petite and attractive, smiling, welcoming, the other, tall and lumpy, plain and withdrawn with eyes averted.
Clearly the planet treated these two women differently. Their different auras could not have been more stark, more reflective of how the brutal game is played universally..
This great eternal injustice meted out to all the plain Janes, everywhere.

I greeted them both, then, recognising the hurt, the galling expression of the expectation of another rejection, reflected in the big girls downcast gaze…. I  reached out, made a gentle fuss of her, drew her into the group, gave her warmth and equality…all in a very human, non- demonstrative way ……
And, do you know, I was rewarded, with a miraculous emergence of dancing, alive eyes…. and really, the loveliest smile in the room.
