The word of a snail on the plate of a leaf?
It is not mine. Do not accept it.

Acetic acid in a sealed tin?
Do not accept it. It is not genuine.

A ring of gold with the sun in it?
Lies. Lies and a grief.

Frost on a leaf, the immaculate
Cauldron, talking and crackling

All to itself on the top of each
Of nine black Alps.

A disturbance in mirrors,
The sea shattering its grey one ----

Love, love, my season.
My only company was the girl behind the glass
But as my veins start to fill with regret
The reflection in the mirror is harder to face
And the flaws on my skin surface on my silhouette

I sink to the ground and put my head on my knees
My last shaky breath parts my lips
And the salty demons fall from my eyes
Deeper I fall into my unwanted eclipse

I paint this picture not to mistake pain for beauty
This isn't my plea for help to feel
Nor my attempt to romanticize sadness
But I refuse to deny this feeling because it is raw and my God it is real

This is just an explosion of emotions
And I don't know which one to believe
Do I stand here and curse what I have become
Or do I let myself simply grieve
a wake up kiss
you go

a I’m home kiss
you eat

a goodnight kiss
you sleep

a perfect day
you said….

a perfect conversation
I cry

just one touch
would make me smile

It was all incredibly detailed—
the way he dove into her drained eyes,
how he explored her dark and poignant soul;
metaphorically saying he was in paradise.

How delighted it made him feel
when he picked up all the withered flowers;
telling her how lovely they are.

How he buried all the dying trees and birds;
bringing the life back to her lonesome world.

How he tinted the black and whites;
making them vividly colored once more.

It was the way it slowly lighted up
her once lifeless world
it was brought to life again
full of bliss, very lively
not until she felt
an overpowering embrace of reality.
The cloudless day is richer at its close;
A golden glory settles on the lea;
Soft, stealing shadows hint of cool repose
To mellowing landscape, and to calming sea.

And in that nobler, gentler, lovelier light,
The soul to sweeter, loftier bliss inclines;
Freed form the noonday glare, the favour'd sight
Increasing grace in earth and sky divines.

But ere the purest radiance crowns the green,
Or fairest lustre fills th' expectant grove,
The twilight thickens, and the fleeting scene
Leaves but a hallow'd memory of love!
When our eyes
Met their eyes
The two pool full of lies

We're blind
Blind with their tricks
Blind with their lies

'Cause
We chose to trust them

With all our heart
We trust them

But
They chose to lie

Lies?
Is that the only way?
The only way you can choose?

Now
I know why
Why people always say

"Be careful to who you trust"
**"'Cause the devil once an angel"
Lie, lies and lies..
Too much lies in this world..
