A tight pressure gathers in my chest as they approach and I feel a fear in my heart that's never been there before, My heart..

"RUN!"

They're even closer to me now and it's to late to turn back now. They're arms are outreached almost surrounding me, My mind..

"STAY!"

I vigorously lash out and shout. I don't deserve or want such an honor. I have to distance myself now! Or else I'm stuck. The arms close in on me and wrap around me tightly, I can't breathe. My mind..

"PAIN!"

Warmth. It greets your body with a oozing presence. My heart beats fast, and my mind lines up to start racing. I fall into the welcoming sensation, bringing it's youthful taste. My heart...

"LOVE!"

We hear jokes of our history
and yet we bother to listen to theirs
We live in a world where we can die any day
and yet we only protest to make a peaceful point
We've done nothing to them
and yet we're the monsters and savages
We aim for interracial relationships
and yet they aim to keep us away

You can still be a child at heart, but be  mature at the same time... There's a time and place for everything... Growing older, just helps you realize what those times are.

Growing isnt something distinguished by age, but by state of mind. It doesnt mean you have to change it just means you'll become more reasonable in your future decisions. Your sense of "common sense" wont be focused on having fun and doing reckless things such as the ideas of a teenage kid.

Peace is only what you as a individual see as the perfect life or as a perfect happiness. At that moment everything around you seems so beautiful and nice, this is what I see as true peace. There is no such thing as a utopia except in your dreams.
