I am looking at a raindrop

Imagine

In that raindrop is

A whole universe

In that universe is a constellation
we call
the Milky Way
and in the Milky Way
is our Solar System.

are in that Solar System
standing on the planet Earth

and I

am looking at the raindrop.

How much of me can you see?

How much of you can I see ?

written following a radio program ,mid eighties, with James Lovelock discussing his book" Gaia".It set off a train of thought about how insignificant we are in the whole scheme of things.

Our House

Our house is far away
Beyond barren deserts
Behind unexcitable mountains
Where golden meadows thrive
Our house is other side of sorrow
Other side of restless waves
It's behind cypress forests
It is in dreams, in sleeps
Near that sacred garden
Past pear orchards and vineyards
Our house is beyond the clouds
Other side of hopeless pains
At the end of moistened roads
Behind the rain behind the sea
Our house is rich in story
Tales of sour cherry and mulberry
Our house is amidst
Assuring laughters
Full of drowsy souls
It has ponds with patient fishes
Alleys with coquettish cats
Our house is warm and sincere
Old pictures hanging on the walls
Picture of paradise on the veranda
Picture of shoreline in summer
Picture of that day under the rain
Eyes full of tears and a suitcase
Leaving loved ones behind
Leaving kindness behind
Our house is far away
Hidden from world's despair.

Gleam of Hope

And then there’s something tantamount to this sunbeam in these bleary times—
the wildflowers, which grow everywhere in their own paradise;
a kindergartner running by herself even a few feet away from her friends, picking dandelions,
still with a sunny smile.
The ray of light shining through the window of isolation rooms as a sign of hope from heaven.
Sparks will still flow within our hands.
To still feel the everlasting warmth of sunshine.
The light we needed to surpass this cloudy shadow of our current circumstance.

Arise O Lord and destroy the invisible enemy today.
Destroy this Corona-virus, this evil destroying Virus.
Protect the poor , the weak, the sick, and the elderly.
From dying because of this evil virus today O God.
We need your Saving Power to weld up within Us.
To become an great Strength deep within Us here.
For God you can do anything that you want here.
So come rescue everyone reveal through your saving.
To those that do not know you at this very moment.
I Pray this Prayer that will bring healing in Jesus Name Amen.
