Nunu
a moth mistook my lamp
for the moon,
and broke itself
believing
the light was love.
ive always found moths melancholic. perhaps they embody the essence of delusion that we cling onto.
Hand me a cigarette
And tell me another
Beautiful lie before
The sundown
What a lovely scene...

When you know you know. You know?

When the world is upside down
But you have peace of mind.
When the world seems to be fine
But you've had better times.

When you know you know. Don't you know?

When a lie is the truth
You never hear it.
But when a truth is a lie
You might just feel it.

You know when you know. Like summer from snow.

When life is a loop of grey,
Color never finds its way.
But when life decides to smile,
It stays  just for a while.

Doubt shall knock your door.
Many times and many more.
And as you live, you will know.
Answer the doubt who won't go.

Oh but if you don't live,
You might as well never know.
She runs rampant,
Dancing with the demons,
While the angels
Flutter dauntless above.

A combination of both,
She is,
Filled with endless, burning love.

Eyes of flames,
That lick at the lips,
And a mouth,
Of sinful wit and smoke.

She has a laugh,
That draws lovers near,
And snakes to Eden.

And her tears,
Which shake the world,
And make Heaven itself cry.

She is perfect.

And she is a monster.

She is the fiery one,
With six, great wings
To hold her high above it all.

Enjoy the view,
But do not be fooled,
She is the fiery one,
With the deepest depths to fall.
