I sit snug in this landscape
it nourishes and mothers me
makes me feel small and
I touch more of reality
the sheer beauty united
mind body and soul
this is what I came here for
led by love to sit in silent awe

Bright blue iris skies
shimmering down
upon sweetly scented
honeysuckle meadows,
welcome us this warm
early Saturday morning
as we stroll hand in hand
between soft pastel colors
and enchanting aromas
decorating our world
in a beauty enhanced
only by our love

and there is
no place else
*we would rather be
Good morning beautiful

River as persistent
as the enduring ******
for self-preservation -

Carving by currents
and flowing within
a necessary course

Determined
by ancient
inherent law.

Oblivious to danger
and ignorant of doubt
it is perpetually unconcerned -

The river carelessly
generous
without discrimination -

Ever sustaining
trees, grasses and
underbrush shelters

Home to life in its waters
and nourishment for those
that come to the banks

Never quarreling with any
human imposition
be it sport or utility

And always providing
the perfect primordial
music for meditation

Always offering
an immaculate lullaby
for the tranquil restorative
of sleep.

                      There she was
                By serendipity's sake
                         I beheld her
             With all her glimmering rays
                 Beauteously peeking
              Just around the corner
             Grinning  with enormous
                            serenity.

                   The luster about her
               Manifested her grandeur
       Across wish-washy velvet skies

                     Only to turn round
                        As to behold
               Such novelty pulchritude
          Pulchritudinous than anything
                Anything i'd ever beheld

Than when it dawned on me
          She was discreetly decamping
                        Fading yonder
          Yonder glamorous horizons
                  Leaving me a desolate,
Down the dumps
                And a lonesome wanderer
                           Only wishing
                Ever to catch her glimpse
                              Once again.

Adapting as per the disability
an owl is hence regarded wise
while just whining about it constantly,
makes a man too weak to rise.
A beautiful white owl just flew past my window... leaving me mesmerized.
There is no place for cribbing people in this world !

I am in love with the wind
she blows through my skin
turning my heart to freedom

Ambient Destruction
Seagulls squeak and
As thunderclaps salute the laws of physics
I imagine they could speak
Sensory inputs of fresh strawberries become
A raging flood of summer sweetness that
Fuses with the hot electrified air
And I'm daydreaming that
Above this veil of angry clouds
Roams unseen ancient eyes
With tears braver than
What is boundless
Stronger and brighter than even
Endless darkness
They lie in wait
Their love
Their warmth
Bursting forth
Wombs of rainbows
And all that is precious
Yet still untold
Waiting to kiss the atoms of your skin
And once again
Paint your summer smile
Blink and you might forget that
They were you
Before you were even born
Sunset
Sunrise
Watch them never skip a beat
Wake up.
Kick ***.
Repeat.

Rise O’ sun, please come and rise
Bring your light to morning skies
In pastel colors, pink and red
So she will wake this weary bed
And I may see her beauty true
Illumined by the glow of you
I long to gaze her perfect eyes
*So rise O’ sun, please come and rise
Good morning Beautiful

beth fwoah dream
love in the pockets
of my blue jeans
cherries white and ripe
the fabulous patchwork
of sunlight through leaves,
all ivory and ink, the sky
with its summer-sad blues.

I dreamt I was a leaf
at the far end of a branch
in this old red apple tree
feeling my grip weaken,
I worried what would happen
if I fell

As the winds blew harder,
twisting and turning me
I felt myself letting go,
and what I had feared, happened...
I began falling, I felt helpless,
caught in the breeze,
floating frantically back and forth
and I was scared

I didn't know what waited below,
what would become of me
now that I had lost the security
of my tree where I had lived
my entire life, I was sure it was
all over for me

Until I landed gracefully,
smooth and gentle,
coming to rest in the grass,
feeling the soft green lawn
caressing me, holding me
and I felt love, like I have
never before felt

I was no longer afraid,
for I knew I was now
where I have always belonged
and as I awaken from my dream,
to find you next to me, I think…

had I known you were the lawn,
I would have fallen for you
*a long time ago
Good morning beautiful
