You were just another mistake to learn.

Do not let the tongue be slow
Caught in the throat of pride
Say it now, "I love you so"
Before the urge has died

For many a man has walked away
And found upon return
Love's thread, once strong, has worn away
There's not another turn

Does the moon get sad
When the clouds move in and it can’t shine or be seen
No
Because even though we can’t see it it is still shining behind the clouds
Just as all of you my fellow poets
Unbeknown to you , you are always shining not matter what is happening in your life
Your light is a beacon
And I will see it when you can’t.
I appreciate all of my fellow poets and look forward to your writes each day.

Blushes

I’ll shave my head,
I’ve not much hair,
But I’ll shave my head because I care.
I’ll shave my head to be like you,
I’ll shave my head because you would too.
It’s only hair and I know it matters,
But it’s only hair.
It’s not all that flatters -
Because when I look at you -
I don’t see hair,
When I look at you, you catch my stare -
Because your as beautiful right now -
as the day that we first met.
And today I love you more than then ,
Of that you need not fret,

So I’ll shave my head with a smile on my face,
And I’ll shave my head with abandoned grace,
Because all that matters is that we’re ok,
So save your blushes for another day.

poetry’s private world
is a scroll to be unfurled

the mystery within
the sacred and the sin

words and sounds are shared
experience is dared

my words in your one mind
united we try to find

our way through madness maze
may you too find better days

midnight soon rolls round
at times I’m lost, at times I’m found

now soft the gentle rain
London to Oxford on the train

                     Gandalf! Gandalf!
                       the glad refrain

you don't exist when
my eyes are open
you don't exist when
my blood's not poisoned
when my soul's at peace
when my gut is full
and when I'm in company

So you exist most of the time
dear muse
