I want to experience, with you,
all the wonders of the world.
I know you don't believe it's true,
but love comes and goes, unheard.

I want to take you far away,
to place we can be free.
We can go or we can stay,
there's no set place for you and me.

You and I, we are invincible,
no one can break the bond we've made.
I know it's against all rules and principles,
but we haven't come this far to fade away.

I know that we think love is forever,
but I know that you'll fade away.
I won't cry, I won't complain,
I completely understand,
I'll just leave at your command.

Inside, my insides turn inside out,
heart wants to cry, but the mind just shouts.
Picking up on signals I missed,
tied in a knot, I'm no contortionist.

I hear the gunshot go off in my ear,
I feel the bullet pass through my brain.
I taste the blood on my tongue,
I try but I can't reach the reigns.

Out of control,
it's overload,
unbearable,
it's just not me.

Shifting the plates,
out of their place,
this new terrain,
is scaring me.

Outside, the outside world ousts me,
all because she brought out my disease.
I'd burn you down if I could, I would,
I'd pull the trigger, trust me, I'd shoot.

Trust me, I'd shoot,

It takes two to tango my dear,
I ruined you, you ruined me,
it's no big deal.

Crash and burn into my heart,
and of course, that was just the start,
you left a scar.

On fire and flying high,
like a meteor up high,
I'll crash and burn like you did,
into the heart of another.

I'm breaking bonds,
I'm healing scars,
I'm making my way out here.

I'm fighting for,
what I deserve,
let me make myself clear.

I'm rising up,
I'm making waves,
I've got a life,
that I'm not gonna waste.

I'll take two steps,
for every negative,
for every word they've said,
that put me down.

This world is raw,
it's fresh for the taking,
and I'm gonna take it,
and make the best of it.

I'm rising up,
I'm making waves,
This life is nothing worth wasting.

Breaking like waves,
my thoughts flow into shore.
Over the bay,
a haze moving closer.

I dive in,
dive in deep.
Let the thoughts,
seep in my skin.

Rushing like rapids,
love flows through my veins.
Into my heart,
and around again.

So I ride,
ride the stream.
Let the mist,
spray me.

I feel alive, the rush,
I'm rising up,
it's all too real.
I feel alive,
I feel free.

I feel,
and that's all that I need.

He never felt more power,
He never felt so invincible.
He never felt this feeling,
when holding something so simple.

He never in his life,
wanted to **** someone.
That was until,
he held his fathers gun.

Found it in his dresser,
under layers of underwear.
Behind the eyes that only stared,
was a machine in need of repair.

He picked it up with care,
and held it in his hands.
He felt his mind turning,
thinking, plotting, yearning.

Yearning for attention,
he didn't get from mom and dad.
No friends, no love, nothing at all,
he took the gun and ran.

He knew what he was going to do,
make the his parents and the bullies pay.
So he waited,
waited till the next day.

And when the school bell rang,
on a new day,
as the kids ran in from the playground,
he waited.

There are a few things I'll never forget,
in this short life that I'll live.
People come and people go,
so give them all the love you have to give.

Some faces will never fade away,
they'll be stained into my memory.
My mistakes taught me many lessons,
and those lessons I learned will follow me.

Give and you shall receive,
or just give because it's the right thing to do.
They say you come before anyone else,
but sometimes it's nice to put someone before you.

And when the world is putting you down,
turn that frown upside down, someone loves you.
Who exactly may be a mystery,
but that mystery is what makes this life so cool.

I lived for such a long time,
thinking I was the only one in pain.
Turns out I'm not all alone,
there are others playing the same game.

And if I could do it all over,
I'd break out of these chains and run free.
There are no boundaries to the mind,
the sky is the limit, so be who you wanna be.

This life is amazing.
This life is a beautiful thing.

They stand in a station,
waiting for the train to leave.
Her husband leans out the door,
she gets down on one knee.

As the train begins to depart,
his son asks, "where's daddy going?".
Mother looks at the boy, as tears slowly fall,
"fathers fighting the fight that's ongoing".

Years pass by,
the boy grows older waiting for his dad.
Mother sits in her room,
looking at pictures of what she had.

The boy walks in the room,
asks, "Mother, why do you cry?".
She turns to him, wipes the tears from her face,
you're father, my son, has died.

Years pass by,
mother sit in a cold train station.
She hold in her hands, a book,
as she reads a section called Revelations.

She hears her name called,
as the train begins to push forward in the dead of night.
She looks up as tears fall from he aged eyes,
her son is leaving to fight the ongoing fight.
