When I was a kid,
I thought I could be superman.
But now that I'm older,
I don't think anyone can.
So, if no one can be a superman,
the next best thing I can be
is a good man.

The moon smiles on your face
to make the night wonderful
The ocean flows in your eyes
to make the waves beautiful
and I melt in your arms
where I find peace.

The clouds feel jealous
of your smooth hair
The gentle breeze blows
your smell in the air
and you melt my heart
with your sweet voice.

Maybe nature is pleased
with your simplicity
and the spring is painted
with your beauty.
I find kindness in your words
and hope you'll shine me always.

I know your out there
I can feel your presence!
"Your life force is very special to us"
Your consciousness shines
Brighter than the multitudes!

Your poetry is a conscious flow
You’re resonating
With the music of the spheres
You are firmly connected
There a good reason
That we are all here!

🙏
We know you're there
You're not alone
It time to post another poem!

After a long hard year
Frightening at times
Waiting
Hoping
It’s Freedom day
Time to go out
Time to sit in a cafe
Time to watch the world
Time to explore
It’s been a long time
It feels good but strange
I made it to the other side
I am finally free

When I was young

the word 'shame' was loud and strong

in middle-age I began to realise

such mindset was wrong-

now in my 'soon to say goodbye' days

with what my conscience says I can easily go along

life might not be all joys and grace

yet to myself I've every right to belong

The first duty of the mind

is to know its proper place

that of the heart is to advise

the mind the meaning of beauty and grace

The earth is deeply choked

it's dying, dying for air

beauty is gone in smoke

but so few do feel or care-

man is no angel but rogue

his ambition has turned the fair forest bare

the backbone of nature it callously broke

the carnage it brought is felt now everywhere
