Some stay quiet.
Accept it just doing their part.

Some have died, lost limbs and serve with pride.
We salute you.

Some are still missing through captures and other circumstances known and unknown.
We salute you.

Some have served under presidents with pride.
Some like many divides and decide.
We salute you.

Because of every soldier that serve us.
You're the reason the American Flag still flies.

We got too many miles put in on this relationship.
We know one another though coming from one another lips.

We have fine-tuned this relationship
That nothing required mechanic assistance.

Sometimes upgrading is a better world for newer trouble.

Cause they break down too.
Besides, I have grown accustomed to you.

of that we just can't see
