Childhood hopes vanished
When you were trapped in concrete walls
Pleading victim, charged as guilty
Time and time, I watched you fall
Psychologically manipulative
Assimilating crime into your life
Not just you, but all of us again
This family, you gave no meaning,
Your words are so empty,
Too often you are missing.
Arrested into an orange jumpsuit
The locks keep changing on you.
Yes, it is difficult
Let the challenge build you
Continue to climb that ladder
Keep pushing on through
Never give up
Take advantage of opportunity
Think positive thoughts
You will eventually reach your victory

Feeling* the room stand still
The world shifted
I am awake

Now answering the call
My fear lifted
My bones quake

Mouth serving hand the pill
Your life gifted
Death escapes

Longing for your nightfall
Eternity sifted
Contemplate

Knawing on the hand that feeds
Holding back for fear of greed
Spitting on those in need
Guilty is how we **plead

I’m afraid no one hears me.
I’m afraid no one will listen to my words.
I’m afraid that my writing will be forgotten.
I’m afraid you won’t miss me.
I will never be a famous writer.
My life will be too short; I will never get to live.
The abuse ruled my life.
The cutting made my life a living hell, I wanted to stop. I really did want to stop I promise.
I’m sorry if this is the last thing I write.
I never meant to hurt you, I wanted to love you forever.
