within my own vicinity
i search for simple serenity
tending to my own tendencies
mending without amenities

sick and twisted remedies
a bitter sweet identity
my slit-wristed entities
the enemies of my memories

Never touch alcohol now and feel better

staring at the sun 5-6-7-7 syllable count

staring at the sun
pointing at everyone
what are you trying to prove?
you're better? they ain't done

give a man a chance
to change a circumstance
no telling what he can do
he might make you **** your pants

staring at the sun
when all is said and done
this ain't some kind of a game
and nobody ever won

it is a sad world for writers when 10 year olds have easy access to filthy ****, but poets get censored

another i threw together for my lovers...stop wasting your time and making me a better writer haha

syllable counts are fun to play with and with so many variations, you can get a good sense of how rhythm works...of course rhythm depends a lot on vowel sounds, where one might place a comma etc too

english lessons 10 cents - linking verbs and past/present tense

was never is, and is never was
accustomed to doing what the other does
is always went left, and was went right
at times in the hallway they'd say goodnight

well, they got to talking one day
it seems that was always comes when is goes away
so the only difference between the two
is that one already did what the other will do

since was, was once is and is will be was
they both do something that the other does
now when is sees was and was sees is
they kiss, because is, is hers and was is his

is and was knows will, but will hasn't met them yet

get it kids? i don't claim to know a lot about spelling and grammar, but more than anyone

disturbing messages from trolls on my fb messenger so i thought i would help them any way i could...i am more disturbed about their grammar and spelling than threats haha

don't climb aboard the train to Letthemtrainyou
don't let the body's boundaries constrain you
catch a flight to Humanright or to Remainyou
catch a flight to leave the site of Allthepaintoo

at the worst you might land in Halfwaythere
you might even find a different pathway there
you might even find a heart that also lay bare
find the town of Settledown and stay there

i do believe one town is in russia, and one in usa haha

ThE nEw BiOlOgY

strut your stuff, shut me out and then judge me
corrupted pathways of stuff meant to begrudge me
that anti-matter just doesn't matter
that catastrophic energy will soon surely shatter

i can't jump fast to be the last in line
heart pumps fast with the blast in mind
clock thumps past battles passed in time
blood clumps caste with a mass decline

strut your stuff, but hush it when you're near me
disrupted masters get mad but then fear me
the negative ions will be eaten alive
that's hazardous material where the beaten survive

loosely based on the new biology proven by Dr. Bruce Lipton...i know many of the members here are Indian, and have believed it before it was proven....negatively charged energy kills and positively charged energy heals...science saved my life and medicine is not science anymore...it goes much deeper, and especially for me...i found that i had to give up grudges to survive and create my own positive energy...the way it dispels negativity is amazing...i have experimented with science since i was a kid, but this has opened a literal new non material world

I am no better than the drunkard in the alley, and no worse than the guy in the mansion. In fact, the guy in the mansion probably did more bad things to get to the "top" than the drunkard did to reach the "bottom"
