Sing the song of the broken
Reap the words of the hurt
Silently dead awoken
A crow's beak around a bird

Dance the weather of the storm
Cry the rains who tremble
The crops who creepily form
A true horror's assemble

Play the tides of the depressed
Laugh the sounds of the undead
Guess the impossible unguessed
Take my only love's fed

Hear me roar and mumbles of hunger
Drink the blood of my mind
Hear the anger in the thunder
I am nowhere to find
Dinner early
Have a walk slowly
Drink some warm
Read for charm
Go early to bed
Switch on to light
of pink shade
Bond with partner
as butter & bread
This makes winter charmer
Turns it into a sleep armour.

ok okay
Use me
Abuse me
And throw me away
For one night we were lovers
The next day we were straight
Questions you asked me
At first I said no
But just like depression
coercion is slow
You told me things that I wanted to hear
How we could be more
It's sad that you couldn't care less
You took me for granted
Now you pretend
That nothing happened that wild night
And that I'm just upset

Truth was a breath
of cold November air
Escaping from her soft lips
Truth was warm
a breath of purpose
A spoken word
Tasting sweet nuance
A fresh, crisp blow
of season's new flair
Something so subtle
yet undoubtedly alive.

insane
I kept coming back to you
Now I realize that you weren’t sorry at all
It is named after what it is
filled with water
looking for a life
just like the rest of us

It is durable
it has a way with air
in terms of breathing
unlike many I have known

It is reborn from fragments
rooting itself and adapting
until new soil becomes familiar
which seems impossible

but if a succulent can do it
why not?

I love you but I want to let you go.
I love you
Like the flower on the side of the road.
I have to leave you
To let you grow.
