my head it resembles a revolver
My mind the spinning wheel
Loaded  with thoughts
ready to shoot out
hoping it catches someones eye

Down my way there's a sun but it don't shine
There's clouds but not white
There's dreams in lost lives
There's feens on both sides
The streets have cold days
But hot nights
Teens are knocked up
Fathers are locked up
Children all caught up
Down my way it's all ****** up

Us
Gun smoke all we breathe
Violence is all we see
Sirens is all we hear
Pain is all we feel
Death is always near

Locked away all you see is four walls
A locked door,
Laying down wishing you was home
Phone calls, but no ones ever home
Try again tomorrow
Mail seems never to appear
They said they wrote you
But it never made it here
They threw away the key but
Couldn't take my mind
So every other night
I let my thoughts roam
I let my hands write
Let my soul rest
While I watch the time fly

2 juveniles 1 adult
A mini van, sliding doors;
Intoxicated by the alcohol
Driven by the adrenaline
Eyes glued to the windows,
Looking for an enemy:
One of them smiling
Describing violently how he's going to put an end to them;
Driver trying to calm them down
One last time we drive around
If you see them
start Hopping out

Light turns green
Heads turned right
Car brakes screech
Car door slides
One ***** back
And That's the end of that

Every time I look out my window
My mind vividly paints
And projects such fascinating imagery
In Reality there's nothing to look at
But I've surpassed reality
I have left behind the dull and boring
The pain no longer stings
The pain no longer haunts me
No need to force a smile
The smile is already there
No need to look for happiness
The happiness was always there
