It's Friday
believe it or not
and some like me
believe it a lot.

Oh!
and it's raining
which is a pain in
the fundamentals,

I was going to say ****,
but the word fundamentals
is underused.

I think that I'm peaking
just as the weekend is looming
ah, but happiness is just a room in
the greater joy.

If you can find your still-point

in the midst of life's chaos

you would be prepared for everything

and all equanimity will be yours

an old lonely crow
perching on a withered branch

Coming in blessed terrific glory
On my roof head
Drenching me in favor
Drowning me in grace
Till I lost consciousness
To the ethereal world
In beatific splendor of
