Don’t take those worries to bed
Try understand what I’ve just said
Just don’t takes those worries to your bed
Write them down and put them away
Until the morning of very next day
You need your sleep without the worry
So rest and sleep now try to hurry
Sleep is important to us all
If you don’t sleep you sure will fall
What can you do about your worries
When you are asleep you’ll have no quarries !
Imran and I have published a poetry book together ‘Natures smile ‘ on Kindle and Amazon! Imran has also published a beautiful book ‘Tears to God ‘on Kindle and Amazon !
There are colours in my hair that I never knew were there
Patterns of the rainbow in the sky
Celestial shades of green and mellow yellow gleam
Memories of the dreams that passed me by?
There’s lightning in my eyes, the flash of fireflies
On wings of azure green and peacock blue
Beauty in my face; intelligence and grace
A song that soars above the rest
Hope surging in my breast?
A celebration, a renaissance
Am I clever am I cool,
A clown; an April fool
Why is my heart  so full of bliss?
Am I an empty shell, a hollow clanging bell?
Is this heaven, is this hell, can anybody tell
Or am I just imaginating this?
Quick off to bed now
Midnight is coming
It’s five to Twelve
It’ll soon be another day
Tonight is nearly gone
Tomorrow is nearly here
As midnight chimes
A new day is dawning
Middle of the night
Now early morning!
My Granny
May Malone
Was a lovely lady
Sadly she was alone
Grandpa died when I was ten
I remember his grave stone
All that time back then
Granny was such a brilliant cook
She didn’t have to use a recipe book
She cooked straight from the heart
To her it was a simple art
Mushed up cabbage was simply delicious
But the sheep brain butties I was suspicious
Thought it was cottage cheese
I said no thanks, oh please!
My mum did laugh
I spat it out with upmost wrath
She thought it was funny
I washed out my mouth
Then grabbed some honey
We had such fun way back then
And fun with grandpa before I was ten!
There were two good friends,
The flower-woman and the fisher-woman,
One was selling flowers at the market, and the other one was selling fish.

On the weekend the fisher-woman  invited the flower-woman for a sleep over.
After talking for a long time they were tired and want to bed.
The fisher-woman  fall asleep immediately, as she was sleeping in her home.
The flowers-woman could not fall asleep.
She was tossing because of the smell of fish in the house.

She woke up, and got a few flowers from her basket, and put them on the table.
The flowers smell helped her easily fall asleep.
Suddenly,
The fisher-woman got up wondering from where this awful
smell was coming.
“ I can’t tolerate flowers smell. “
She removed the flowers from the table.
The fish smell again helped her fall asleep.
Only falling asleep took them beyond their likes and dislikes.

We engage in changing many things in life. We change our diet, look, car, house, friends, relationships, ...  We eat super foods. We create and learn  different sophisticated  theories to feel smart. We work hard to change others, but rarely we notice and approach our own attitude ....
You lift me up
With your half filled cup
You make me feel
like the real deal
You put your happy face on
You tell me jokes just for fun
Through your eyes the sun shines
As we eat tomatoes off the vines
As we watch the sun set
And the rain comes down and we get wet
But most of all we’re together
And that you know I don’t regret!
