She's an alphabet artist
she paints in words,

from a palette of adjectives,
nouns and verbs,

the landscape she finds
in the folds of her mind

she exhibits in volumes of verse.

Please, come closer
I wish to feel you near
So I can whisper
Something in your ear.
Three little words I call a secret,
A commitment I don't dare to say
But if you press on my heart
You'll feel it anyway.
I live in the mountains
Middle of no where
I'm all alone tonight
It don't seem fair
Yet I see the stars
Shining so **** bright
Every last little one
Giving off a speck of light
Each one a part of something greater
Each one a piece of what's real
I don't know what YOU are feeling
But that's how I wanna feel
Like I actually belong here
Like I'm not living for myself
Like there's some bigger out there
Like I'm as special as everyone else
I want my light to shine that bright
A smouldering sky for YOU to see
I just wish that someone out there
Was making a wish to have me

Lay down your love
lay down your lies
honey you know there's no where to hide
So when we hooked up n' it was just fun
yeah, looks like you're finished/yeah, you're all done.
I laid down my love
I didn't give you excuses or lies...
the truth you saw
spoke straight into your eyes...
I guess it's over /yeah we're all done...
you were just there to have some fun...
I guess you're just one of those guy's
it's so easy for you to tell all your lies
I meet your type /each month/n' all day
n' in the end you can't look into my eyes
cause you just wanted  to have your way.

You can't have me without a ring...
So lay down your love n' do the right thing...

Stay still..
the fan is moving in your kitchen
rotating back and forth
look
out your window
there are flowers
the rain is falling
the sun is shining
don't go
wait..
hold your breathe...
for the next amazing moment
even for a second..
just wait...
for the smile that may happen...
while you're at a stop light
that person...
could be God.
