Can you learn to love-
wait, scrap that...
Can you learn to know me,
again,
once the dust
has settled?
Maybe
just before you push me
hold me close
and kiss me
so that just before
you release me
you’ll know
you can’t leave me
you’ll have me
dangling you
beneath me
crying,
“Don’t let me go”
Fragments of you
still linger in me-
tiny pieces still embedded
in my heart, my soul
and my memories.
Tell me
the reasons why
I should stop loving you
just because you stopped
loving me.
when i was a kid
i always wonder why the moon kept following me
is she my best friend?
my protector during the nights i walk alone?
until  i grew older
and find her presence my peace
started telling her my secrets and dreams
sometimes we share our tears
we will talk all night
together we will fall asleep
the moon is my best friend. who is yours?

may you live well, rest well, and love well.

to better days ahead,
poetry art
i have chewed this gum,
once mint,
until it rather tastes like metal
like blood

and i worry.

can i ask you a question?

if it came down to it,

would you **** me
if you were certain
i'd never know it was you?
i'm meant to be doing an exam right now I'm so sorry

teni
maybe people are meant
to fall in love
but not meant
to be together.

i was coming to terms with this
only to find out
we werent in love.
i was.
you never loved me
you didnt feel anything for me
you tried to,
but loving someone isnt something
you can make happen.

we always said we were meant to be, right?
soulmates
perfect for each other
you said our love was pure
and real
and unbreakable.
look at it now,
its shattered.

falling in love with you
was the easiest thing
ive ever done.
falling out of love
will be the hardest.
i guess the [lovers] code has been cracked.

The sky here
Is so blue
That when I look
It feels like falling
Upward into the sea
The planes and their wakes
Look like boats on the waves
It’s hard not to be happy
With the sun kissing my skin
And you name on my tongue
