Under the shade of the heavenly Magnolia
Just that once he jaded
Having noticed flocks of skylarks
venture abroad
The servant rain finds its path
And soon his hands separate the soil
Mother Earths' plowman
Her banished son
Continues his labour
free as the blowing wind
  naked in your dorm room
  where the light will bend
watch us lost on our moon

it feels like the first time
  but I'm leaving tomorrow
  no reason and no rhyme
  off to Boston no sorrow.
I never cared for
Wine until you kissed me with
Its taste on your lips.

I hate when haiku phrases don’t align with the lines but I’m making an exception for this one
To sleep the sleep of
an artist is
the best sleep ever.
All the foes lie vanquished,
and I paint words with
their blood.
All the letters spent on
the paper in
ejaculatory fashion,
like ***** to the egg.
There is no fodder from
dreams to be marshaled,
just the birth of my
creation,
when I
awake.

I like a doll
who’s cottony soft
One setting up straight
with her prissy legs crossed!

I like a doll
with a silent scream
when you wind her up
and pull her string!

I like a doll
who’s love knows no end
I love a doll
anytime I can

I like a doll
reminiscent of times
back in the days
when you were once mine

SCHEDAR
Trapped in midnight
word mud madness
stuck in my head like
paint on canvas
untangling and wrestling
this vocab vine
tired, slurring sentences
like I'm drunk on wine
turn down the lights
try to get some sleep
brain won't shut off
it's in way too deep

When I was little
I was scared
Scared of the monsters living under my bed
I used to hide, under my blanket
Under my blanket, I was safe
The monsters couldn’t reach me under my blanket

My parents used to say
The monsters would go away
I would grow up and that then they would leave

But I grew up
And the monsters didn’t leave
Turns out my monsters, grew with me
Now instead of under my bed
The monsters live inside my head

So I hide, under my blanket
Where I think I am safe
Wondering if after all this time
My blanket can still keep the monsters at bay
