The Father Cries
The Father cries
He waits
He waits for the prodigals
He cries for them
Who wipes away His tears??
Finally
some
turn back
to Him
Tears in His eyes
He runs
to gather them up
in His arms
Now
His tears
have turned
to joy
after all
He is the Ultimate Parent
Truly
He knows
our grief
our pain
and our sorrow.....

The joy and sorrow of being a parent...not for the faint-hearted.
