Put a cap on the emotions,
Nobody wants to see them.
Stuff it deep down inside you,
Nobody wants to care for you.

Take a breath and fall from grace,
Trip and fall in this lifelong race,
Wallow in your pain, swallow your pain,
Won't wash in rain, it's just a shame.

Hold everything back until your eyes bleed,
Your ears burst, your lungs implode, your heart cracks.
Let nobody see just how you suffer,
For if they see, they will turn away.
