Dark wings descent under moon,
  .  .  .  Bone break hoot of owl.
Banshee: a female spirit in Gaelic folklore whose appearance or wailingwarns a family that one of them will soon die
Origin: Irish bean sídhe & Scottish Gaelic bean sìth, literally, woman of fairyland.
