~Marmalade skies~

one spoon at a time they feed

the morning horizon

Soft offerings of color

picked ripe from the vine

~Cantaloupe dreams~

a small slice of moon

the dawn’s crescent smiles on me

with a Cheshire grin

cocked slightly to the side

~Plum pudding blankets~

suspended above life, moving slowly

but coming of the day

as alarms break the solitude

nestled in down pillows

~Raspberry whispers~

singing the scent

of the fresh sunrise dew

on wishes coated in sparkling splendor

and footprints beyond the gate

~Nectarine blessings~

sweet on my lips

beneath an orchard arbor

I hold you close of my morning

and taste the bounty of your love
...
lanky trees..
on  both side of dark road...
was swinging....
gust of wind with..
howl sound...
stinging....
footsteps..
of a stranger...
entered in my ear....
it was..
like whisper of ghost...
or a dread killer...

I shudder..
with fury...
but no fear....
sweat was guessing..
from my body...
like a river....
I prayer to God..
remember to my...
near and dear....

no one  was visible..
within the range...
who was that unknown....
really strange....
is it disappear..
in the park...
frightening me....
as falling dark..

I was..
mesmerized...
trying to hunt unknown...
falling dark realized me..
I am alone...
is it..
really some...
strange sound....
or just the..
fear of unknown?

We're all given a special medium
To display the art of life we're living
Showing off your life's work with each brush stroke
Whether in styles of Rembrandt, Monet, or Picasso

Perhaps sculpture is your pleasure
In how those works are measured
No matter the form do it with passion
Preserved through the ages of everlasting

In a world that is filled with the abstract
At times it's hard to grasp where your at
So take a deep breath to clear your head
And create your masterpiece with the time you have left

For each one of us are given a medium
To display the art of life we're living
Oh, thou, a winsome bird!
Who soars great heights in no time
Who voyages the blue vast
With but its wings’ mast
To bless the stars divine
That beam a smile when thy song is heard.

Oh, thou, beauteous spirit,
The conqueror of the sea and the sky!
Fly low and come near me
How closely I wish to see
Thy beauty that from up so high
Bedecks the Sun when lowly lit.

But wait! Oh, thou, divine creature!
Don’t yet climb down; it won’ t be wise
To spread your mellifluous voice
On human planet to rejoice;
For then who will cheer the widowed skies
And lonely stars of the gloomy nature?
July 25th 2014
I wore a very serious look like a tempered dog
Moved down to the shelve and picked a few items,
Little time had been budgeted for the location.
In a rush, I felt a hand passing over my head,
I turned at once and looked.
Mother Nature had stripped naked
A Painted face from lashes to neck
A straight chest like that of a model
Curved body not comparable to mannequins
Less to say like a drained princess
An age determined by closeness
Sounding with a soft pitch…’’I take the blame”.
I immediately nodded to the Y-axis
Wondering if the devil had come
To warn me about death.
For this time I wished I had Gods number
To book or even subscribe for a creation,
One of a kind who looked younger
Than its creation.
Dashing out priceless smiles that captured the
Attention of the by passers, it so happens
That originals really shine for ages.
The disappointing truth is
No one likes you when you are happy
Or good at what you do
Or possess something they want

The rewarding truth is
Being an unbound soul
Maintaining noble silence
Observing and absorbing
Leads to something only few can understand

Time and people pass
Changing constantly
Situations
Problems and challenges
I promise they are only temporary
And it is the soul that can feel detached from it all that reaches real happiness
The one that can soak up all the experience it can
And remember it
Feel it
Study it
Look at it objectively without "I"

And then leave it
Forget and store it at once
That really wins

Just like chapters, phases and steps
They all lead to one truth
One understanding
That will make sense in the far long run

Realize that life and experiences are happening right before your eyes
This very moment

It is the depth of questioning
And the peak of ultimate
awareness
That cause me the greatest sorrow
ana
I envy those who can eat without conscience
I long for the infamous day when "things will get better"
I strive for an impossibility that I can feel within my reach
I expend the necessary energy to achieve a negative net
My mind rattles with number and limits
Counting the minutes 'til my next meal
Portion control and restrictions
Fighting the urges of binges
They say I'm just skin and bones
But what I see is all I'll know
