is your faith so fragile
you **** to protect it?
no notes necessary
Rain, falls, hard, fast, heavy,
but short lived and brief;
tears poured out in sorrow,
an outpouring of grief.

Soon, the sun, will shine again,
clouds will lift from earth;
and we'll hear again the laughter,
of someone's joy and mirth.

Shadows, pass, along with gloom,
the sadness melts away;
tomorrow beats with new-found hope,
and life renews each day.

Gone, the veil, that covers us,
swept aside, the pain;
comes once more, the strength,
from adversity, we gain.

The rain, is but, a memory,
the tears are dried and past;
we forge on to the new year,
with the goal our love will last.

I.
He writes a letter
and sends it to her:
"My vacation's ending;
I'm out of my mind.
Tears follow after
days when I still felt
alive.
I never conquered Hate;
Love has been waiting,
just wanting some kind of sign
to trust,
(I never thought)
to hope,
(I'd die)
to care.
(alone.)
Please tell my mom this is not her fault."

II.
She writes a letter
to the one that she cares for:
"Tomorrow holds
a reason to live
and a reason to grow.
Days when I can still
feel the good things we know.
I can't wait to see you again."

III.**
He takes a taxi,
a young man drives.
Hope fills his eyes
at the end of the ride.
She arrives
safely with suitcase in tow.
He says,
"I didn't think enough."
She says,
"I should have not been gone for so long."
He is back safe in her arms,
without much regard
to the moon or the stars.
He keeps his head up and sails
through her pretty eyes.

She says,
"I'm yours and you're mine
and that's it, forever."

Father mosquito
drank my blood
and promised me
that there was a lot
to live for:
***, money,
women, love,
food, water.

But *** is only worth
the ten seconds
after I ***:
the ten seconds
where my body breaks
but not my heart.

And money is an idea
that belongs to someone else.
So, the money I have
never really is mine.
The things I need,
I'll never have.
The things I have,
I'll never need.

I do love the softness of women,
Father Mosquito.
You have understood me
once.

It's just underneath
my skin.

But you say love
and no love
is as important
as self-love.
No lips stitched into mine
is worth the feeling
unless I understand my worth,
and you're currently
*******
it
dry.

What happens when food
loses its taste?
And water is no longer cold?
What happens when
my body fails me?
Drink my blood
since it is yours, too,
father.

It's just underneath
my skin.
Dedicated to my father.

you have the type of laugh
that makes people gravitate
towards you and stay awhile.
and your eyes always looked
easily up at me, your veins;
tree roots. we always come back.
It's 12:25 in the early morning,
The stars are majestically prancing around in the heavenly sky.
Never was there a gigantic, obese sign forewarning,
Attempting to grab my attention seeking eyes.
Screaming and shouting, "He's just a beautiful boy with a devil heart."
Would a young, innocent soul have the conscientious mind to spot such a simple flaw?
Maybe, if I wouldn't have been so knee deep in trying to restart,
I may not have ever let your rough, graceful hands unclip my bra.
It's now 12:39 and I'm slowly remembering how to forget you,
All I can slightly acknowledge is scratching your bare back and moaning your aesthetically crafted name.
Don't ask me to bid you adieu,
Because I only have my wondering heart to blame.

I love all of you.
I can't help it.
Every inch.
The cruel parts
The kind parts
The selfishness and the tenderness.
The courage and the cowardice-
I'm the real deal.
I
Love
You.
As you are.
As you were.
As you will be.
And I know how uncommon my love is.
And I want you to have it
So take it.
Please take it.
It just won't have anybody else.

and who will we become?
it is there that you will decide
there is something worth falling
