Puds
Its the age between petal and
leaves
In the air that the woodland
breathes
From the darkness of the night
To the linen mornings wear
From a kingdom underwater
To being masters of the air

Leafless tree
Boughs and twigs
Folded in Namaste

Alive and green
The tree trunk young
Slightly bent

Part of a canopy
Of the tree lined road
It rests awhile

Seasons change
Some along with the weather
Cycle of change replete
‘Keeper Of The Kingdom,’
entrusted with the key
Words unlocking blocks of time,
setting moments free

Caretaker thus chosen,
fate to walk the fields
Watching insights stalk and grow
—destiny to yield

Eloisa
And she danced to the gorgeous melodies of the ocean waves.
Echoing grace in her courageous and forgiving heart.
Retrieving what she lost in the darkest cave of the past.
A song of promise
to her most bearing self.
All the love that she deserves.
Everything she forgot
to give herself
before.
life outweighs my years
it resides inside like sap
memories drying
life seems tasteless
as yesterday’s donut
all greetings are heartless
devoid of empathy

hard to find meaning in a universe of stones
there’s no pulse on the moon
why chase answers in physics or math
if all is relative, where’s the truth

is the life of a beetle
less important than mine
at what level is self
from the viewpoint of quarks

and yet deep within
I have a desire to understand
I yearn for sensitivity
And requited love
