I am a wall,
A thick, stone wall,
At least a man,
Surrounded by walls.

I built them myself,
I'm sure it would help,
At least a little,
Those amazing walls.

From the outside it looks grey,
Thick colourless stones of pain,
Of no interest, of desolation,
In total isolation.

But inside, oh wow,
I've painted it with amazing colours,
And those very walls who keep people away,
Comfort me in ways indescribable.

The walls are lined with rich tapestry,
The floors of lush carpets and pillows,
The from the ceilings hang lights,
To illuminate a hundred rooms.

And yet, no one...
No one to share the beauty,
The richness of my inner walls,
The walls I made.
I am nothing but a hopeless romantic
Wishing on a star
That's all I do
Often wondering that beautiful, you are

Love is confused
Love is blind
Love has taught me to be what I produced

You, my star, may not be shiny as a dime
I tell you to read every first word of  every line
Bored so I made a random poem
Precious, deemed by many
Torture, it seems
Ticking, it does
Destruction it brings

Memories it makes
Expressions as well,
Combine the two
Powerful it becomes

Time has taught many
Appreciate, if you must
For destruction comes
And who knows, you might turn to dust
I miss you
Like a toothache
Needing extracting.
To think I once loved you
Who filled a cavity.

I miss you
Like a broken leg.
Now cast off,
I rise and walk.

I miss you
Like a scab,
But the scar
Reminds me
How cruel a cut
You are.
A Hero stands in a building
A mask on his face he was hiding
He could see them all
But he could only see his fall

He cast a glance at his back
Hoping to see what he lack
He wanted to fly
So he could see the sky

His face is dim
And his thoughts are grim
No one can stop him from jumping
But his thoughts are bouncing

He took a step forward
Knowing the end was toward.
I made this in my English class and so far this is the best poem I made. My other poem are just somewhat random. This is my first post by the way.

— The End —
