When feeling nothing is too much
in the pleasure of discovering
words rhymes rhythms
i'm a gluttonous poet.

day and night
bite of my growing appetite
makes me sink low

i don't notice
broken pieces
shattered peaces
around me

i breathe in writing
eat and drink
poetry

crazed obsessed stressed
my poetry
like any other debauchery
is an escape ride
someplace to hide

i'm a poet
subservient
to the pleasures of words rhymes rhythms.
The Sun does arise,
And make happy the skies.
The merry bells ring,
To welcome the Spring.
The sky-lark and thrush,
The birds of the bush,
Sing louder around,
To the bells cheerful sound.
While our sports shall be seen
On the Echoing Green.

Old John, with white hair
Does laugh away care,
Sitting under the oak,
Among the old folk.
They laugh at our play,
And soon they all say,
Such such were the joys
When we all girls & boys.
In our youth time were seen,
On the Echoing Green.

Till the little ones weary
No more can be merry
The sun does descend,
And our sports have an end:
Round the laps of their mothers.
Many sisters and brothers,
Like birds in their nest.
Are ready for rest;
And sport no more seen,
On the darkening Green.
You are like Satan's spell

Why do you make our lives such hell

On your fingers you make us dance

Whatever you think is our inescapable chance

Your ogre like figure has made my veins slain

Life is not such a big game

I know you like the women of the night

But I'm too scared to put up a fight

You're not bad, only your eyes pry

*Please, don't make my mother cry.
Dear...
She told me that we all came from stardust,
but she remains a heavenly body.
Gravity ***** me into her lovelust,
and all the beauty she embodies.

Her skin radiates like our sun's corona.
Her eyes gleam like the stars in the heavens above.
At heart, I feel like we came from the same nova,
But god wanted us to remain together as one through love.

She guides me safely through even the darkest days,
And as I reach her at last, her embrace warms me.
The galaxies in her eyes leave me in a daze,
Thinking how inside them is where I'd rather be.

My love, together we've traveled the ages and the cosmos,
Let's retire these bodies and explore the heavens as souls.
