I wake up
something's not right
Two of the devils are gone
Maybe they'll come back later
or maybe never
Either way I'm not hoping for anything
Tick tock I hear the clock
and again
I hear you knock

I get up.
Audry Almayda Jun 2018
Once, on my normal blue day
Somebody knocked
strange
I peeked through the door,
told the devils to hide,
let you in,
no words,
only silence.
Audry Almayda Jun 2018
Reminiscing the past years, months, weeks
I see myself in a pitch-black empty room
spending solitude with the devils I have known for long
tick tock I hear the clock
still no reason to get up
tick tock I hear the clock
hoping that when I fall asleep
there is no waking up
Just my daily routine

The river of agony slowly flows through her vein.
Little by little it increases the pain.
She herself walks alone with nobody but her shadow,
Under the rain of deep thoughts and sorrow.

The light behind her eyes begins to fade away.
Who's going to save her now?
The apparition which is coming closer and closer,
She clearly knows that is the Grim Reaper.
made this poem 2 years ago for our English subject lol
