A Thousand Flowers Blooms
The frosty sword,
The snow-white fields,
A thousand men, a single sword.
The silent winds,
The crimson fields,
A thousand flowers blooms.
Just clarifying, frosty in this context means how sharp, shiny, and cold-blooded the sword is.

The distant moon
Why must the mountains be so tall,
Why must the moon be far,
Cloud breached peaks,
My heart is a waiting for you from afar.
Just clarifying, the moon is the lover.

Under the moonlight sky
The years were unforgiving,
The mind stirred from forgotten dreams,
The heart restless from distant loves.
Under the moonlight sky,
A cup of wine in hand,
A verse of poetry in ink,
The spirit is cleansed.
The setting is in ancient China, this should help with the visualization of the poem.
