Swimming thru
the panoramic sea, is me~
torrents attention maybe
too lazy, skies suprise~
would it be just a dream
or a smile
'en visage' of the moon
if my latitudes
were few
but incorrigible?

I break in align and drift for days
toasted flake for fish food, I make~
unto land, my eyes it seems
as tho' no shade
could dialate my mind, for dreams~
I must gather what waterlogged
faith I can find.

Should it take onwards of years
to guess my position
yet cannot despise for
my own limitations~
the pull of the Earth
will most definitely make
for the best
most accurate
decisions.

*Until that Day,
I remain
Cast Away
This is a poem dedicated to my memory of that Tom Hanks movie where he's stranded on an Island for years yet still has faith and vision to set sail to be discovered...
Could someone remind me of that movie title, please?
Thanks and Enjoy

Let me weave signs of love to you
For I want to dive into
Those glistening dark pools , your eyes
Where light dances

I lay words on your lips I want to read forever
For I smeared my prayer beads
with your name
Alas I weaved signs , signs of my love

Making you my dua while I bowed to the One
For I wish for your name to be mine
As you weave my signs back** ....
This is all I did helplessly .... Coz finally I knew " love is powerful tenderness which becomes at times almost in supportable" ....
Dua : plea , prayer

A singularity is a point in a black hole of infinite density so that all matter and energy is crushed together so there is nothing between us

There is nothing between us
No skin
No flesh
No blood
No bone.

We are a transient dance etched into the membrane of being.
We are softly laced with the delicate threads of string theory.
We exist in dimensions you could hardly guess at.
We play in a place where there is no Yin or Yang;
Only pure Chi: indivisible.

And all the raging, raving beauty of the world declares
That love is not something you make or do, but
That love is who you are, and often
Oh, so very often
Love is letting go.
So,
No,

There is nothing between us
No skin
No Flesh
No blood
No bone.

I give you a word
And press it to your ear like kisses.
This is the nature of poems
That they tremble in the flesh
Like fireflies fading too soon.

I give you a word
And press it to your eyes like laughter
After the nature of sun-glow
Dazzling Damascus wonders
Like the meridian at noon

I give you a word
And press it to your heart like honey
Funny the nature of speaking
That can frazzle the nerves and sparkle
Like skyrockets chasing the Moon.

I will give you a word
And press it to your tongue like thunder
Under the nature of breathing
That flutters in your registers
Like an old song without a tune

I give you these words
Will you give me your ears
And your eyes
And your heart
And your voice
Focus
(A Friends Challenge)

Focus on the good things
That happen every day
Don't just see the bad things
And think that it's okay

Talk about a life well lived
The compassion someone showed
A moment of forgiveness
That touched someone you know

There are people all around us
Who lend a helping hand
That will give the shirt off their back
To help their fellow man

So many who are out there
That answer to the call
Each day they do amazing things
Wanting no reward at all

So focus on the good things
That happen every day
See all the things around you
That make this world a better place

A friend's challenge to bring attention to the fact that all we hear about is the negative on the news each day. He said there are so many good things but you never hear of them.  Wanted me to write a poem reminding people that there is still a lot of good out there and it is not all gloom and doom. Look around daily and focus on the possitive instead of just hearing and seeing all the negative.
