But still I am feeling this pain
Creeping up my every bone
The heartache needs to go

But that wont happen
So for now I will just cry
And each time die a little bit more inside

My mind is stuck in between loving and hating you.

One day I wish to acquire a love
A love higher than the stars above
A love so deep it could puncture my heart
A love with dark and light like art
A love that makes me blush
A love that as soon as I see him I feel an icy rush
A love where we are like two doves
Living for eternity with our endless love

My heavy heart feels so fragile today
I'm sure it is leaning to one side
I hope this feeling doesn't last
it's affecting the clarity of my mind

I'm pretty sure the beat is slower
and it's affecting the way I move
struggling to manoeuvre limbs
I soon hope things will improve

I've decided just to lay here
to let the feeling fade
I hope my heart's healed tomorrow
so I can begin a brand new day

As your brush
Gently, softly strokes
The white canvas on easel
The paint swirls delicately
Ingeniously you mix the rainbow
Of colors on your magical palette
Blending them all together to create your scene
You could create a whole new world of wonder
Just for me and you
And I often wonder what I would paint
If I were such an artist as you
And held all the magical illusions
Right at my fingertips
But since I am not an artist
I can still soak—drink in
The beauty only you can give birth to
The worlds of imagination
Only you can see
And paint upon canvas
For a poetess to see!
