To challenge one another
Impossible ways
Sending our spirits into space
Down to hell
And back again
A love now tried and true
Enlightenment at its finest
In my lovers arms
Soon enough, we'll find Nirvana
time and time again
i catch myself attracted to
good for nothing potheads
small time criminals
boys with daddy issues
(sometimes even mommy issues)
boys that don’t want to be better while i’m around
boys that want to dig themselves deeper
boys that’ll be better for a girl that matters
and i’m just not that girl

bad things happen
there's no reason
they just do

bad things happen
sometimes there's
nothing in them to learn

bad things happen
stop telling me i'm strong
for surviving how they hurt me

because bad things happen
i used to believe in god
i hate him with my whole heart now
Mother Sun, Father Moon (inspired by Sylvia Plath)

your little girl, like Mona Lisa never smiled
still you breathed me to life
i was undeserving, given center stage
while a hidden pain lay until exposed
i fell off the edge, not back to earth
a sanitarium waited, i lived till i died
-you both have yourselves to blame

Such beauty in
The morning sky
Waking me to wintry
Colors of pale blues
And pinks
Dancing through my
Window
Such a display
Of colors
High above
While geese hunting
For food
Perhaps unaware
Of here below.
The sight of white walls

Is growing to be quite boring

Same thing over and over

Day after day

Maybe something new will come tomorrow

But for certain

I cannot say
One who shares his woes in a humorous manner usually overcomes it silently.
Your reactions are always like an oversized outfit, untidy yet lovely!
