She chooses to live
a life of style ,
A life where her story
Will be told using stanza
Rhyme and conclude in verse.

A story which will be
 Written using metaphor and
Simile to illustrate her 
Personification as an elegant
beautiful creature

 She chooses to be poetic,
Ironically she was still prosaic
Every day of her life
Trying to fake it
 till she makes it

She wanted to take the Road that is less travel
The road that diverges
Into two different paths
She took the prosaic
But walk the poetic

Oh! Thou sweet land of the free, 🇱🇷

You paved the way so others could find their ways

Where men of letter fought for a better day,

And find solutions without delay.
 

Oh! The first daughter of Africa 🇱🇷

Your children lied in a chronic state,

 as certain 'negatives' have long assumed the
roles of 'positives' in their internal system,

And the govern has become ungovernable.


Oh! Belove mama Liberia 🇱🇷

Your children are ruled by People who only let their bias egos and emotion speak for them.

People who cannot address their fellow people without reading it from the papers!

Every word they say is what their hearts never possessed nor desire.



Oh! The first star of the white man's grave🇱🇷

Agony has become the crying concern of your children,

Crying for liberation in the hands of the oppressor

Their cruel wicked hands have turned our situation into a desperate one


Oh! Mama, you children can't bear it any longer🇱🇷

They are now surviving instead of living,

Should they die hoping for better days,

Or keep surviving the horrible ways,

I'm not perfect

I can hold your hand and still mistreat you
I can pour my trust into your heart
And still, break it
I can make a vow and not keep it
I can melt your heart Yet not ready to rebuild it,
 but this is me for me, You've tried to change me
I can paddle into the sea, and yet still choose you
Because these are the up and downs of love we can fix

I'm an artist

I'm an artist but not with your heart,
I stage with the ball like a word Falling over from the pen
To write beautiful metaphors and sensible analogies
I give my all to that little moment that is created by no other
Than this poet and a player
When I stepped out unto the pitch
To defy gravity and create the impossible
Defenders fear at the glance of seeing me,
because the moment of scoring a goal never pass me


I love engraving

I can inscribe you beautiful poems and songs that will rhyme with the melody of your life
I can build you a castle of words in my heart with your name,
I can cradle you and take all your pain using exclamations and punctuations  and leave a piece of you in everything I write
I can **** the I in simile just to give you a smile
I can write an entire lexicon to get you impress and win you over Because that's what I do as an artist



I'm a gentleman

In a world full of chaos and temptation
Mama told me the day I beat on a female is the day I will stop  being a gentleman,
So I seek an alliance Free from violence, cuz I 'll not lift an arm on you,
Because I love you and want you in this union too
I'll not beat on you;
I'll spread the fragrance of peace From the heart of love
On the wings of forgiveness,
That you may taste The source of life and break the spell that manifests in hate and confusion;
I will pray for you well-being, I'll protect her, and spoiled you with love,
Because where I'm from Gentlemen are made to adore
And cherish the tornado they were created to love


I am a keeper

When times are hard and things are tough I will give you a shoulder to laid on

when the sun won't shine and there's no silver line,
I will be there to brighten up you darkness

if you are sobbing because your heart feels torn,
I will share my heart with you

if you feel alone like you're unknown,
I will present, protect and provide for you

if you think you've failed because you haven't set sail,
I will be a boat you can cruise on

Because I am a keeper and I keep what is meant to be kept,
And Love what is meant to be love

A love for a Love

When an eye for an eye will turn the World blind,
Then I guess forgiveness must be the order of the day.

When a tooth for a tooth will lead the whole World toothless,
Then compassion must be first on the agenda.


When hate for hate will lead the  Wolrd into a thrall,
Then Love must be our prayer of the day.

When a punch for a punch will lead the World into a fright,
Then peace must be water we serve to all.

When an insult for an insult will lead the world into anxiety,
Then kindness must be our Walking shoes.

When a steal to steal will turn the whole World into thieves,
Then hand over must be the code of conduct.

When hatred for hatred will lead the Wolrd into a plight,
Then brotherhood must be the dream of society.

When ego for the ego will lead to World into arrogance,
Then honor must be our moral values as people.

When pomposity for pomposity will lead the World into tragedy,
Then humility must be our purpose of life.

When loftiness for loftiness will turn the World into a place of an egotist,
Then modesty must be our behavior pattern.

How could you love someone like Me ?


I don't know how you do it
But I keep wondering how
could you love someone like Me?
I have tried to ask you multiples time
But you always  look at me as if it should be obvious .

I don't  know how  you do it
But now I  believe that you don't even know why you love me too as well  .
It is ironic how the feeling just got over the
both of us like we were born for one another

 I keep wondering why u should love someone like Me . I just keep on doing so, because Why should someone love a person like me ?
It just seem impossible that any one could
love me and then I found you loving me all to yourself .


I don't  know what was it that I do
to deserve you but I m thankful for what ever it was that lead you into my life .
And I grateful that you chose to love a soul like me in this era of individual valuative .
Still you keep me wondering , How could you love someone like Me?

Cry of the people

With anger, anxiety and grieve the masses are crying
In thou own birthland the masses are suffering
Suffering  from something that is curable
The place is too tough that every situation is just  laughable.

The masses glance in a long distance in search of a saviour
Our hopes and dreams have been bury by our leaders.
But in no sight is the coming of an idol
So in vanity we live but with no hope

Like Tornado our situations are frustrating
At that verge Suffering and poverty is just increasing
Love for thou brother and sister is on the decrease
For our leaders are behaving like beast

Like money, it is scare with in the human Dominion, but some few individuals still vow to live to the true meaning of their life's.

Like war ,only few understands it consequences and still remained adamant to saying it.

Like rain it falls on everybody, but only some take the courage to vow the reality of the content of it .

Like starvation, It is something we don't want to experience, but our effect lead others to experience it.

So is the other side of Truth, the other side of reality, the other side of life.
Like it has always been, We chose wrong by choosing to be right. not realizing there exist another side of the coin . That is another side of the same truth.

With love and happiness we embrace Ramadan
With clear heart ,  hope and desire to increase our Iman (faith)
 We are noted as the best Ummah(Generation)
That is because we encourage one another  in doing good and stop one another from  evil by reading the Qur'an(Koran)


Too many sins have been in my basket
Too many mischief committed unasked
How little I am and how big my ego masked
Wavering from my path, often in vice I basked

May the love of Ramada  shower us with its blessing
May it comes to help us accomplish our aims
Through cleansing, wiping and forgiven our sins
So Allah with have mercy on our names

Indeed Allah is the most benevolent,most glorious and the most merciful
Once again guiding me to rectify my path and be repentful
May this month(Ramadan) make us all pious and fast faithful
So we can  do good act, read Qur'an and pray to purify our soul and make our hearts truthful.

I was lost and long gone in the sway era of valuative.
In seeing myself I started to calm myself,but failed to find myself .
I was doomed and tomb in the mist of culture misunderstanding .
But at the  verge of finding myself I started to know myself .

It has been a long historical journey since
Taking you through it will be of essence
The time at Pòŕn La Telettę (nature bridge) was pleasant
That's when History begins to show itself.

I 'm from where the elders lead and the young follow
Where tradition are to be obey and not to be overlook
A place where the mothers the model and the young are the future Heroes .
That is where I m from , that is me in the mist of culture knowledge.

The tomorrow promise  !!

Well that tomorrow promise is almost here with sorrow !!

But you can change the out come of that tomorrow and be you own pharaoh

Because to be successful within u got to be a hero .

The promise Tomorrow comes with struggle

Through this you must over come obstacles

Courage ,Hardwork, and dedication will lead you through not Miracle .

Because this tomorrow is a tomorrow of tussle

They say where There is setting sun,there is also a rising sun.

To win Tomorrow, you have to start practicing today

Because the promise Tomorrow is of no fun

Is either you over come or you pay .

Put yourself in it today so you can reap the fruit of Tomorrow.

If not your tomorrow will be full of sorrow

Be the loser in today's struggle like Romeo

My country


My country is for love
So says its lakes
Where different colors and cultures
Combine to form the nation
Under the proud eye of birds
Adorning the sky ,with clear indication all over signifying the Pro poor regime

My country is for beauty
See the  Blue lake and lake piso
 Flowing through beautiful peaks and land
Between the colorful landscapes and wetlands
Still shinning from sunrise to sunset
Like roses smiling for sun-rays

My country is for unity
Feel the millions, see their passion
Joining their hands on one
Football song , with their loud voice play Lone star play
Playing like symphony on our ears
With their joy hoping for only one thing
Nothing but soccer victory

My country is for joy
Feel it, the spirit of soccer
Rising like the morning mist
From the African soil
Where counties from all over the country
Will raise their hands and heads
To this prestigious event the county_meet

My country, let's show the world
What is meant by ‘Proudly Liberian 's
Let the world feel the spirit of lone star as squad
Welcome them to feel the African soil
Make them part of  the Liberian's history
With their smiles flying high
Like our colorful country flag
(Red, White and Blue)

My country, this is our time
Our time to shine, our time to fly
We feel it, the spirit of love
The spirit of joy, the spirit of unity
What about the spirit of soccer
That unites the heats of millions
Say it! Play lone star play !
Feel It! It is here! ! The Afcon qualification
My country ! my motherland !!

Innovation

We have been told that the future lies with those with vision
That is when the vision is being implemented through Action
We must focus on work if we want to gain admiration
Because our generation has its own mission

The introduction of new ideas is the aim
So we can have poverty reductions, increase in employment and development of our country that's the dream.
That's why we crafted our generation scheme
Just so we can leave a blueprint

Change only comes if we want it to be
That is when you and I  understand what it means to lead
Through  cooperative efforts we can achieve out aim
Just you for me and me for you,with this change shall reign

We must leave a better place for the next generation too
That can only be done if we acknowledge this place as our home
Because my prayer is innovation should take us through
But my greatest prayer has been that our hands and our minds be our working tools .
