Doing something is
          POSSIBLE
Forgetting something can be nearly
                 IMPOSSIBLE
Makeup all done
Ready for the day
Anxiety builds
As we are on our way

Nothing goes right
Everything’s crumbling
Mascara is running
As I cry black tears

These droplets of black tears
Stream down my face
As I cry all my makeup away

This beautiful time
It so should have been
Celebrating our love
Relaxing and playing with sun

Now I’m left drowning in my own puddles of black tears
Just for tonight because we have so many more years (to celebrate)
Ever have one of those days where nothing went your way? Crying your eyes out and painting your face with those black tears.

Brick

            Brick
A house is built
Hour
        By
            Hour
The house becomes a home
Day
        By
            Day
The home turns into memories
Year

            Year
The memories turn into people
Century

The people turn into stories
Story
        By
            Story
Stories turn into legends
Legend
        After
            Legend
History is changed

Lives are changed

Love is spread
One Love
        After
            Another
Bricks are purchased
That build houses
That turn into homes
That create memories
That turn into people
That turn into stories
That turn into legends
That change history
And it all started with
Just. One. Brick.
Sometimes it's tough when you are just laying bricks to see the end picture, but it makes a difference in the end! It can be so easy at times to feel like we aren't doing enough to help others or to grow ourselves, but one ripple affects the entire pond.
I would love your attitude
If I thought it was true
I've never known someone
Faker than you
But each has their own
And your mask is your pride
You think it's invisible
Yet behind it, you hide
Just talk about how amazingly awesome poets are.
Your poem will be loved wide and far
I always score so much better on Words With Friends when I'm ******
I don't know what to do with that
I wish I could relate to your pain
And grateful I do not bear it
Your sadness is your ball and chain
And I cannot fathom that you do not have the key
Maybe you just can't find it
But I think you have it somewhere
Ladies and girls
The secret that will save you heartbreak
Here it comes....
Never, ever, ever
Tell someone you love them
Until you feel comfortable
Farting in their presence
Great Poem!
Hey check out my poem!  (which probably has nothing in common with your poem, which I didn't actually read)  Here's the link!
I'm gonna wave my freak flag high
Right until the day I die
I'll be dancing in the nursing home
Probably clothed
And likely alone
But I'll be keeping to my groove
And get those old geezers to move
